One of Folly's Best! Maryland Peach is a 2 bedroom 1 bath pet-friendly elevated, classic Folly home close to everything! Conveniently located just 3 short blocks to both beach access and all the fun of Center Street! Outside enjoy the large fully fenced-in yard and the below house hang-out area with lots of seating, an extra fridge for cool drinks, an outdoor shower, and a firepit. Upstairs there’s a relaxing deck where you can enjoy the beautiful Folly weather. Inside, you will find all the comforts of home for six guests. The primary bedroom comes with a queen size bed and a TV with streaming. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is an additional room which has two twin beds.
Maryland Peach allows up to 2 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire. Maryland Peach is where memories are made; book your stay today!

Perfect stay!

Charming property! So close to the beach and the main strip, and we met so many friendly people on the block! We loved the covered game area under the house and the house had absolutely everything you could need. Love Folly, really enjoyed this property!

Perfect spot to enjoy Folly!

We really enjoyed our time at this house— and with the fenced yard, so did our dog. The hangout area underneath the house turned out to be our favorite place! And you can easily walk to town for meals or groceries.

Perfect place for u

We loved this place. It was perfect for my wife and I with our dog. having access to a fire pit was very nice and the backyard was perfect for the pup to get off a leash and run around. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again for our annual Folly trip.

Great location

The house was in a perfect location, close to the beach ( 2 min walk) close to the cute town to do shopping. The house was cozy , beds comfortable and kitchen stocked with all things needed to make a meal ( minus the seasoning ). Loved that i was able do laundry for my family as we were traveling for a while and detergent was provided. Overall a good stay and location ! Would book again !

Perfect dog-friendly family getaway

This small (but definitely comfortable for a family of 4) was a restful getaway spot. The very large fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs who enjoyed running and playing. The kitchen had what we needed, the smart tvs in 3 spots (living room, master bedroom and second bedroom) were great for lounging. Easy walk to beach and to the shops/restaurants. Great home-base and enough rooms (3 bedrooms) for a family of 4 with 2 large dogs.

Perfect location to beach & Center St!

As the title states, the house was the perfect location to the beach (six doors up!) and a few short blocks to Center St, making the stay very walkable. We only used our car to start & end our stay. House is exactly as described - clean, large yard, great outdoor living underneath, just what we needed. And dog friendly (with a fee). Thank you!

Fun in Folly

This house was the in the perfect location, only 2 short blocks to the beach. The fenced yard was bigger than I expected and my dog had the best time exploring it. We loved the area under the house which had a swing, refrigerator, multiple seating areas, darts and corn hole. We rented bikes which made the trip to center street a breeze and also gave us a chance to explore both ends of the island. We had a great vacation and will definitely be back!

Perfect Location

House was perfectly located for quick walk to the main drag, and an even quicker walk to the beach. Very large fenced yard was great for our dog and we spent most nights in the downstairs area, listening to music and playing games. House furnishings are a bit dated, but beds were comfy, A/C was cold, and we had everything we needed. Listed as 2BR, but the additional room (with two twins) also has a closet and a door. Would definitely return - we love Folly. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location

This house was as described. It was small but perfect for the 4 of us. The location is perfect. Close walk to the beach and Bert’s grocery. It does have a huge fenced in yard, that my dog enjoyed. But it needs some clean up. There were several broken lawn ornaments laying around. I had to pick up two old rusty chairs that looked like they had just been thrown out in the yard. The underneath hangout area was nice to have and we spent most of our time there. Overall it is a nice place to stay. Yard just needs some care. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Folly.

Overall the property was okay. It definitely could use a little TLC. The carpet in one bedroom was filthy, which bothered me. Unfortnately the windows appear as though they have not been cleaned in quite some time. Furniture was comfortable and kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils and cookware. We enjoyed the back deck and yard although the steps leading to the front entrance and back deck are in dire need of being replaced, my fear is someone may fall through some of the rotting boards.

Mother’s Day weekend

The rental was as described. We had an issue upon arrival, it was addressed immediately by a property mgr and maintenance. We had an opportunity to hear about the history of the house. The backyard was huge, Our dog Mollie had a great time chasing her ball back there. We enjoyed the sitting area downstairs nightly while playing darts with lights, ceiling fans and tons of furniture.
