This home has 2,100 square-feet of luxurious open living with large screen TV. Back yard oasis with new salt pool, Updated stylish home with granite counters, gorgeous cabinetry and tile flooring throughout.



7.5 miles to the many white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island! 3.8 miles from Bradenton Area Convention Center, 2.8 miles to Blake Medical Center, 1.4 miles to Bradenton Country Club.



Smart TV's and super fast WiFi. Lots of lounge chairs and seating around the pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

There is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the living space because somehow everyone always ends up in the kitchen, right?



The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and center island.

Hot tub available use time is November- April . the rest of time will remain closed and can't be used.





Poolside: Outdoor sofa, 3 lounge chairs,



Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.



Pool heat Is not included , its extra $ 60 per day

We had a great time at this house. Clean and comfortable with all rooms on one level. Great place for the family. So close to the beach and other fun things to do. Wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Kids loved the pool and the hot tub was a great plus for the adults! Highly recommend.

Clean family friendly home, highly recommend!

We recently stayed at this location for a soccer tournament with our family. The house was very clean and had a family friendly layout. The pool area was nice and it was cleaned twice by the maintenance crew during our stay. The host was very prompt on their response to any issues or needs. Highly recommend this location and would enjoy a return visit!

Great family neighborhood

Stay was great. Need to provide some extra supplies such as paper towels, dishwasher soap, etc for longer stays. Overall no complaints tho!

Gorgeous home!

We made it down a little early and the host was very accommodating about letting us check in as soon as the cleaners left. The house was sparkling clean! The backyard was definitely my favorite place to be! It's also just a short drive to anything you'll possibly need as well as to the beach. Our family had a blast! I highly recommend!!

Family Friendly

This property is wonderful. Our family had the best time. It hit every mark of what we wanted in a home away from home. Close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and activities. The neighborhood was quiet and very friendly neighbors. It was comfortable stay with a beautiful pool, hot tub, and backyard. Communication was great. Definitely a place to take the entire family. We will be back!

Amazing location - Modern home (Paradise)

Pretty sure our stay couldn’t have gone any better. We were in town for a family wedding and felt close to grocery stores, coffee shop and restaurants. The beaches of Anna Maria Island are within 10 miles. So convenient. Jeff was a breeze to deal with and let us have our privacy. Hoping to return again!

Beautiful

The house was amazing! We had a rough start to checking in but once we got a hold of the owner no issues. The pool was perfect. The hot tub was out of order which was a little disappointing, but overall this house is very clean and nice! So close to the beaches and stores. We will book again. 😊

Beautiful

The house was lovely. The day we arrived a tropical storm was due to hit and we were stuck indoors a couple days but we did not mind at all! Beds were very comfortable and that’s saying a lot since I normally cannot get comfortable anywhere but my own bed. ❤️Plenty of room for my group of 8. The host was very responsive to any questions.

Beautiful home, well equipt with things we needed for vaction. Nice peaceful neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Was missing some items that attract me to the location. (One of the arcade games was not working, and arcade style basketball goal was not available.) But all in all my kids had a good time and that isbwhat mattered most to me.

Beautiful home!

We just got back home from a wonderful stay! Great location, just a few minute drive to the beach. There are so many local things to do and see and many restaurants nearby. The property owner was very easy to get in touch with and the house was perfect. Towels were provided, along with plenty of kitchen utensils, a coffee pot, and pots and pans. We had everything we needed. The pool area was fantastic and the kids really enjoyed their time in the pool. The house was really clean as well. The only downside to the entire trip was the mosquitos at night and early morning by the pool (which just comes with the Florida climate). Come prepared with some bug spray if you plan to swim before 8am or after 7pm. We had the best time and look forward to coming back soon! Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Spring Break 2025

Beautiful, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Location- wonderful, just a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and local beaches. Kitchen had an abundance of various appliances, dishes and utensils. Spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds, plenty of storage, note there is only 1 en suite bathroom. Outdoor space: pool & hot tub were great, loved the different depths of the pool; unfortunately when we asked for the pool to be heated the day prior to arrival there was an issue with the breaker and was unable to be fixed during our time there. With the nice weather we were still able to utilize the pool during the day as it felt refreshing after being in the hot sun. Cooler nights the hot tub was unable to maintain temp, dropped to upper 90s after a few hours. Night swims would have been great if the pool heater was working as the last part of our trip it was much warmer. Overall, the outdoor space was great with the amount of sunshine/shade. We understand that there are things that are out of the manager’s control but it was a disappointment to not have the pool heated during our 6 night stay as that was one of our priorities when looking for our vacation rental. Suggest to inform guests about pool maintenance days. 4 gently used beach chairs, and some sand toys to use. Jeff was very responsive to any questions/concerns and was able to accommodate a late check out. Overall, the stay was fabulous and would consider staying here again, 4.5 stars

Could use more towels. The ones in the closet were damp. The rug in the den had peanuts on it. The oven was dirty. The oven mitts were really dirty. The grill could have been cleaned out, it was full of ash. Water pressure in the master shower was very low. The remote for the room with the one double bed was missing. When we found it in a drawer in the entry way it was missing batteries. The smoke alarm battery died. But overall we really enjoyed our stay. Location was great and the house had everything we needed.
