Just two blocks to the beach, and situated on a corner that affords priceless bay views - you’re within a short walk to town, and just a block from a playground and recreation providing endless entertainment for both kids and adults. Or, simply stay at home and soak in the luxury of this new-construction home complete with your own private pool, and six decks from which to take in the beauty of Avalon.

This gorgeous home, built in 2020, is professionally decorated with every detail in mind. Three floors of luxury living offer six bedrooms to comfortably sleep 15 guests. 6.5 bathrooms, a beautiful outdoor shower, an elevator, a poolside flatscreen TV, and a grill round out some of the amenities guests will enjoy at “Saltwater Vista”.

The first floor features a bedroom (Queen) with en suite bathroom, and furnished deck. In the back, lounge in the family room complete with a wet bar, large TV and sliders that open to another deck providing direct access to the backyard pool oasis. You’ll also find a bunk room (3 twin beds, plus full bed) and full hall bath with tub, plus laundry room.

Take the elevator or stairs up to the main living level - with soaring ceilings, designer kitchen, large island plus dining area, and spacious living room. Sliding doors open up to another large, furnished deck….perfect for dining as you watch the sun dip into the bay! This level features a powder room, and two additional bedrooms with en suite baths (1 with a King bed, the other with a Queen). Another deck overlooks the pool area from above.

The third floor features the Primary Suite: with a King bed, huge en suite bathroom, plenty of closet space, and its own west-facing deck. Across the hall is another bedroom with en suite bathroom (two Queen beds) and private deck.

The pool is heated, and has plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor furniture to gather morning, noon, and night! The poolside TV makes this a great entertainment oasis. Note: Pool is open Mid-May until Mid-September.

As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find the home stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap). Professionally laundered bed sheets and bath towels are also included.

Once you book, we'll gladly help you arrange any number of concierge experiences to elevate your stay -- everything from an in-home massage to private yoga, bike and crib rentals, or a personal chef to cater a special meal or stock your fridge!
