Este es un estudio renovado, hermoso, luminoso y grande en el piso 22. El apartamento tiene un balcón y grandes ventanales de piso a techo con fascinantes vistas panorámicas de la ciudad y el océano. El apartamento está decorado con buen gusto con un estilo moderno y elegante que conserva el ambiente tropical. La unidad cuenta con vestidor y cama queen. Además, el edificio cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas, piscina privada y gimnasio. Las instalaciones de la lavandería se encuentran en el segundo piso con lavadoras y secadoras que funcionan con monedas. El acceso a Internet está disponible en el apartamento, el vestíbulo y el área de la piscina. Estacionamiento subterráneo seguro en el espacio asignado solo para inquilinos. Una cancha de tenis en el Hotel Marriott, que está justo enfrente de nosotros, cobra una tarifa mínima por hora. Libre acceso a la playa; La entrada está al otro lado de la calle de nosotros. Ven a disfrutar de la vista al mar mientras tomas una copa de vino o simplemente disfruta de la brisa marina y contempla la puesta de sol desde tu balcón.

There was a beautiful ocean view out the window/patio doors on the far side of the apartment. Everything was just as described and all amenities were included. It was walking distance to SO many shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the Condado area.Note: Parking in the garage needs to be specifically arranged beforehand to ensure that the process is easy.

Beautiful views in the perfect location

My husband and I stayed here for the first week of our honeymoon and had a great time. We loved the views from the unit and felt the location couldn’t be better! It was also very nice to have a parking spot for our rental. Beautiful location, clean unit, lots of great restaurants and fun night life near by. We loved our stay!

Great efficiency condo. All we needed to have a comfortable stay. Great location, close to restaurants and near Old San Juan. Property Manager was very helpful with instructions for checking in and suggestions for restaurants and coffee shops. We had a great time.

The first impression walking in was the spectacular views from this apartment! Our stay was very brief, but this is a beautiful place that felt very secure and was in a great location for walking access to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Would definitely book again!

Out of all the years we have stayed at vacation homes, Jacqueline was by far our most gracious host. She genuinely cared that we had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico. The building is quiet, the neighborhood is safe, walkable, close to restaurants and grocery stores, and is within a block of the nearest beach. Great rental!!!

Nice condo with a view

This condo was just as described and had great views. It was a good location we were minutes from the beach and a short Uber ride to old San Juan. Communication with the host was easy and efficient and she answered any questions we had. It was a perfect place for just my husband and I for the week in San Juan.

The apartment is conveniently located in Ashford Avenue, the fashionable Condado district of San Juan with a beautiful beachfront and vibrant nightlife. El Condado is one of the main tourist areas of San Juan and home to many fine restaurants, grocery stores, and tourist shops. There are Luxury Hotels and Casinos in the immediate vicinity that includes the 'Marriott & Casino', 'Condado Plaza Hotel & Casino' and “Radisson Ambassador Plaza Hotel & Casino'. All within walking distance from the apartment. Free access to the beach, a short block from the apartment.
