Fully Renovated Condo! An Easy Walk To The Beach, Shops and Restaurants!
Your relaxation vacation will begin once you step through the door of this adorable Bradenton Beach condo. This one bedroom one bath Anna Maria Island vacation rental with queen size sleeper sofa has been fully renovated including a new HVAC system and sleeps 4. New furnishings tastefully decorate the unit in a pleasing beach island decor. Located in Coquina Reef Condominiums, this complex consists of two separate buildings, each having only eight units. The condo offers amenities galore and will only add to your relaxing vacation. Furnishings include, a king bed, new stainless steel appliances, a professional linen service, granite countertops and a 46 inch HD TV with blue ray player, and free wifi. A private screened in balcony with retractable sunshades and patio set provide a lovely outside setting. The amenities don't stop there. A heated community pool with gas grill, lounge chairs, umbrella tables and an outdoor shower and bathroom provide a wonderful outdoor experience. Covered parking is provided. The white sand beach, historic Bridge Street, restaurants and shopping are just a short block away. If you prefer to explore the island on wheels, it could not be easier once on board the free AMI trolley that runs the length of our beautiful 7 mile Island. Contact us today for booking information. Beach chairs, fishing rods, umbrellas and water toys are located in the unit storage room located on parking level.

One of the most stocked places we have ever stayed in. From coffee to cold waters in the fridge. The bed was so comfortable. And the location is great. Just a two block walk to the beach or Bridge St.

Perfect for my husband and 22month old daughter! As described, with beach great toys and chairs provided, in the locker! Loved walking to get coffee in the mornings, before heading to the beach, and then walking to get dinner, drinks, and/or icecream in the evenings!

Amazing all around!

Cute, comfortable, clean space with very communicative and friendly owners. Myfamily of 4 had everything we needed! And the location is perfect….short walk to the gorgeous beach, as well as Bridge St which is full of restaurants and bars and the candy/ice cream. The beach supplies (cooler bag, umbrellas, chairs, toys, wagon to transport, etc) were so nice to have since we flew in from MD. We hope to come back to this gorgeous island and stay in the same unit! Thank you!!

Great for 2 people!

I have never stayed at a condo that was so well stocked. It had everything we needed. And the communication with the owner was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.

winter getaway

Great condo with a nice cozy, beachy feel. Location is fantastic, close to Historic Bridge St, infamous Anna Maria Island Moose and beaches. Free on/off trolley is a huge asset as well. Excited to return for a visit! Hosts were great and very helpful.

Love the location & unit

King size bed and pillows are great! So many thoughtful amenities such as laundry detergent, dryer sheets, coffee pods, spices, sun screen, paper towels, napkins and was so impressed there were several rolls of toilet paper!

Vacation

We had an amazing time at this property the, bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. We utilized the coolers that were there for us daily! The pool was so nice as well. The only thing that was a little off was when walking in, the house smelled stale and not fresh. Our clothes smelled like it after we left. Everything was clean to the eye but it did not smell good. But overall it was an amazing stay!

Anniversary Trip

We really enjoyed staying here. The pool was great, the location was awesome and the place was clean. The only “negative” would be all the cleaning/laundry rules upon checkout. Makes the cleaning fee seem pointless. We would absolutely stay there again!

A great Bradenton beach experience

The property is well maintained, the pool is a plus. It is only a few blocks from beach access. Very convenient to Bridge St. , and several other eateries! Would recommend to anyone looking for a family oriented stay !!!
