Siéntese en la cubierta con mosquitero y observe los barcos en la ensenada y el canal principal. Las grandes ventanas en el dormitorio principal también ofrecen una gran vista de la cala y el canal principal. No hay acceso a la terraza desde el salón y el dormitorio principal. Esta propiedad en condominio es muy familiar. Hay una piscina en el punto que se calienta / enfría, y parte de la cubierta está en la sombra si el sol es demasiado. Observa los barcos en el lago desde la terraza de la piscina y contempla las hermosas puestas de sol. Deslizamiento de barco cubierto 10 x 30 incluido. Cerca de muchos restaurantes, ya sea en barco o en coche. Varios campos de golf cercanos, así como tiendas. A 10 minutos de la tira.

Hay ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones para su comodidad. Disfrute de la parrilla en la parrilla de gas en la cubierta, o en las parrillas de carbón en el parkette. My family and I did a long weekend trip here to visit some friends in the area and enjoy time together at the lake. It was a great weekend! The condo was just what we needed. Our only issue was the wall outlet fragrance plug-ins in each room were a little overwhelming, but we unplugged them and it was great, easy fix!

Family time

Just trying to have a couple days of family time after state track meet. Condo was a nice place to stay. We fished a little and played board games since the weather was rainy.

Bay Point Condo

This unit is great & very clean. Their pool is awesome with a great view of the lake. Diane was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed to know about the unit. We loved our stay & will definitely stay there again.

Amazing condo!!

We were very impressed with the condo and working with the owner! Everything was just as she said it would be. Very clean, everything you need already stocked, her great communication left no questions needed. You can tell there are new bed linens and bath towels. We will be back again! Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Girls Trip

This rental was exactly like the pictures and our stay was awesome.. There were 3 of us ladies and 2 of us shared a room. The 2nd bathroom was perfect. We had an issue with the hot water, our fault, but Diane always answered our calls and tried to find someone to assist us, despite it being the weekend. The screened in balcony was a real plus. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and wish we would have booked a longer stay. Maybe, next year. We will be back.

A quiet and enjoyable stay.

We were happily surprised by the view looking out from the main room as well as the screened in porch along with Master bedroom, we were able to watch boat traffic in and out of the cove as well as a portion of the main channel. The condo was very clean and well equipped with pretty much anything we might of needed. We were also happy that it was overall very quiet, we have stayed places where there was much noise and commotion and not very relaxing. Our host was accommodating and made our stay enjoyable. Perfect Location

Clean tidy all equipped with what we needed. Great view of the lake and loved the screened in lanai! Boat slip for our boat was a perfect size. Diane was very responsive when we needed to hear from her. We will come back again.

Amazing!!!

We stayed here over labor day weekend with our 2 kids. Our first time to Lake of the Ozarks and this condo was perfect! The location is amazing for getting to town and also for boat watching from the screened in porch! The pool is right on the main channel so boat watching while swimming was super fun for us and the kids. The condo was clean, decor is very beachy and fun. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back!

Perfect getaway!

This was the perfect vrbo for our fam. We are familiar with the Ozarks however had never stayed here. We loved every minute of it, it was very cozy and comfortable. The screened in deck was amazing, they had all utensils there you could ever need, it was quiet. We really enjoyed the pool area and watching the boats at night. We did run into an issue with no parking tag for our vehicle. Thankfully I saw the sheriff in the parking lot, he was very nice and gave me a blank tag. I left it in the condo on the fridge for others to use also. We will be back and may even look into purchasing our own in this complex!

Big condo, very quiet!

Very cute condo... This one was 6 steps up from the parking lot so it was perfect for us. I have hip and knee issues so 6 steps aren't bad. NOW.. if you have a boat docked in the slip, there's about 40 to 50 steps straight down to the dock. If you DO bring a boat with you... You BETTER bring it straight to the boat ramp before you continue on to the condo. We made the mistake of bringing it through the parking lot of the condo FIRST and it took FOREVER to get it around the parked cars.. we went 2 inches, had to back up, drive another 3 inches, backed back up and drove another 3 inches...... SEVERAL TIMES until we cleared everyones car and were able to drive through and go back to the ramp. Yes.. our fault!!!! The condo itself was decorated so cute. It had 2 bedrooms but we only used the master bedroom. Its pretty much furnished with everything you could possible need.. You will have to bring your own laundry detergent. Thats about it. I believe the fridge was brand new. It still has carpet in the bedroom and living room but was clean. There was one spider the size of Utah but found bug spray in one of the cabinets and he was eliminated!! LoL The balcony/porch/deck thingy was awesome.. its 100% screened so there were no bugs at all and we actually enjoyed sitting out there. Me being a hot body loves COLD A/C. The unit might be a tad small for the size of the condo so the hottest room was the master bedroom.. unfortunately. BUT, it could be me running hot all the time. I like my temps to be under 67 so I think the unit struggled to get that room cool... and we did shut off other vents to help it. This was our first time renting a condo and didn't know what to expect so we were VERY pleased with the whole experience! The owners were very easy to communicate with and were helpful even while we were there.... just a phone call away. We'll definitely be back! This was a great, fun place to stay! Fist time to lake

This was our first time to lake of the ozarks. It was just my wife and I and we brought our jet ski. The condo was excellent, it was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The owner Diane was very helpful with any questions I had and sent me some info on where to launch our jet ski and park the trailer. We were able to launch just a few doors down from the condo complex and park our trailer there since there is nowhere to park trailer at the condo. We also rented a boat for a few days and get another slip at the complex for a few bucks a day from the same gentleman at the launch site. We never used the pool. I can’t really comment much on location because it was our first time , but we didn’t have any problems finding anything. We will return and be more than happy to stay here again.

Pat and I own a small family farm between Kentland and Brook, Indiana. Pat also works at the ethanol plant, IBEC, in Rensselaer. I am employed at Bayer in Monticello, IN. We have one son and 5 daughters, ten grandchildren. We love to vacation at the lake, and attend the Bikefest at Lake of the Ozarks every fall.

My parents own a condo at Bay Point and we really enjoyed taking our family and friends there. We were on vacation for a week at the condo and heard of one for sale and jumped on it. We thoroughly enjoy being there! Our daughter was married in the Bridal Cave! There is something for everyone at the lake!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We have met many friends at the pool over the years. Friends that we have kept in contact with. We have continued to plan our vacations so we can see our 'lake' friends that week! The property is very well maintained, neat and clean, family oriented. The property is located near many restaurants both on the lake and by car. The outlet mall is just 20 minutes away! Our favorite place to get ice cream is Andy's, always worth the drive!!!
