Condo worked for the five of us,. Very easy check-in, excellent views. Hot water was set on scalding, had to get use it. Could have used a 10” or 12” frying pan instead of three 7” pans. Room location was great, right by elevators. I would whole hardily recommend!

Great balcony with beach view! Easy walk to the beach and chairs included is a huge plus! The condo was very clean. The refrigerator could use updating and it could be a little difficult for someone not in good shape to step in and out of the tub/shower. The bed was very comfortable. The adjoining property could use some clean up and sidewalk improvement but it was great to have beachside restaurants within easy walking distance. The updated elevators ran great with very little waiting. It was confusing at first on how to use the Skybridge elevators then access the condo elevators, but once we figured it out it was no problem!

Bed was old and out dated still has springs in it. Was not comfortable at all hard to sleep. Shower curtain liners was molded. Ice maker clogged and molded. Living room curtains molded. TV remotes taped up and batteries were dead. Kitchen sink is leaking. Mold build up on wall paint by air unit.Front door does lock as long as the inside knob is turned the correct way. The living room furniture sinks in the middle and not comfortable. The coffee maker and can opener is old and out of date. The stove top eyes and metal plates are rusted. Kitchen is not fully stocked. Everything in this condo needs to be evaluated and inspected by owner and update and fix these issues. Not worth the money asking for a weeks stay.

Amazing! Beach was beautiful - really loved getting the free beach chairs and umbrella. The accommodations were superb (furnished nicely, clean, fully stocked with dishes/cookware, oceanfront balcony). Loved the property and some great restaurants just across the street. We will definitely be back.

We loved staying here. Clean condo with beautiful views! Right by the elevators for easy access. Just the right size for myself, my husband, and our 3 children. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. My kids loved the pool and splash pad area. The only thing was the sliding door to the balcony does not lock, which wouldn’t be a big deal but our children are 2,4, and 5. And while they know not to go out without us, it’s still worrisome.

Overall our stay was good...the room was clean and very spacious!! The only issue we had was that the ice maker was stopped up so we had to take it out to get ice.

Beautiful View

The view was stunning. Checking in was super easy. I highly recommend paying for early check in bc the 4 pm check in time gets crazy at the elevators and in the lobby. The front door does not lock at all so anyone can walk in or out whenever they please. Definitely did not like that aspect but other than that, everything was great!

Not the best

We were there June 16-21, 2025. As soon as we got there the code for the garage gate was not right. I called the office number with no response. We had to get someone in the car behind us tell us the correct garage code to let us in. Next we get to the room and the door lock is broken. The striker plate on the wall is broken and hanging halfway off. I call the office again and reach a woman who said she would send maintenance to fix it. That evening no one had ever came to fix it. We were worried that it wouldn’t even lock when we went to sleep. I called the office again and got the same voicemail and left a message. No one ever came to fix the door and we just prayed each night no one broke in on us. As for the room it needs some serious upgrades! The refrigerator was rusty on the sides and the ice maker was frozen up and didn’t work. We bought bags of ice, no big deal. Only one eye on the stove worked. The other three never worked. The coffee maker looked so gross in the water reservoir, we didn’t use it and bought a small one to use while we were there. The bottom kick plate trim piece that goes under the sink and dishwasher was lying on the floor when we arrived. We tried to prop it back up under the cabinet but it kept falling. The couches and chair are not the ones that are pictured. The couches look like they need a good cleaning and there’s no chair. The mattresses were like sleeping on springs. I’m just relieved that there were no bugs. Wouldn’t rent again.

First and last time renting with this company!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We refuse for a rental to make or break our enjoyment of coming to PCB. We come every year and do a different condo most of the time ( no favorites). This by far was the worst we ever stayed in. Doors didn’t close, the unit was filthy, tv’s turn on but that is it. Called twice about the tv with no results. The main entry door had issues as well. Elevators they said were updated but I assure you they were no better than 4 years ago and only half worked on this trip. We will NEVER rent from this company again. Total waste of money

Beach vacation

Overall I'd rate it 9 out of 10 because of the A/C unit not cooling properly and the front door was hard to push open the keypad lock seemed like it would not lock back at times when leaving the condo. Other than the two issues, overall stay was pretty good , location was great. Balcony view of the beautiful beach and Waters condo in the building directly beach access was awesome

Picture makes it look alot cleaner then it is.

The view was beautiful when we walked in. THEN water all over the kitchen floor. The refrig was hot inside and not working. We had so much food. Called and no one helped till the next day. They bought another Frig. Thank God we had a cooler. The curtains in the picture were filthy. I did not touch them the whole time I was there. They need to replace or put a new lock on the door. Very Scary. BUT the view was wonderful. Just needs an upadate. For the amount I was charged for the owner - they need to put the money back into the unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the location was perfect! Lots to do around us. The rental itself was kind of gross. Moldy shower curtain, moldy ice maker, carpet was stained. Just not very clean. Very displeased with the space itself. We had friends also staying there that had a different rental room and theirs was stunning. Just depends on your owners. We got the short straw.

If you book, your vacation will be ruined

We were there once a week and still didn't get a code for the parking garage. The door and casing needs replaced. The first four days we were there, we tried to get maintenance to fix the door. Two women and two children staying in a condo that the door won't latch. The bunk beds are right by the door and so is the bedroom. All for of us tried to sleep in one bed together because we felt unsafe and we told them we hadnt slept on foot days. Maintenence call center continued to tell us they have other calls before us and they couldn't get an eta for me. Then on day four, somehow the door latched and we were locked out for two hours. That's when Maintenence came and told me they were putting a bandaid on the door because it needs replaced and they have to get homeowners approval and Maintenence don't have time to deal with it because they have too much to do. We missed our excursion for seascreamers. No refunds or reschedules. The shower in bedroom leaks everywhere and has no water pressure. The coffee maker was from the 70s. The dishwasher didn't get dishes clean. We had to hand wash all dishes for a week with one dish towel. There isn't much silverware, no big pan, and no baking sheets or pizza cutter to bake a pizza. The internet was out for a day and I'm a student. I was in the midst of a test and losing wifi cause my teddy to auto submit. I'm on the deans list and earned an F on the test. I'm still waiting on a response from owners from the message I sent two days ago.

Needs updates!

I can say the balcony/view and resort are fantastic. As far as the condo. The master bedroom carpet is in disrepair. It seems that it has been neglected as far as updates, things seem to be old, moldy and not tended to as it should have been. The couches do seem to be replaced somewhat recently. If you want something simple, It’s fine for a week. The kitchen lacks a lot of necessities. You also get one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, so bring your own if you book here!

The location is great for getting to food, shopping and beach. This condo needs a massive overall, my opinion is that nothing has been replaced since it was new. Carpet in the bedroom is dirty and should be replaced immediately. All faucets and sinks need replacing. Shower in master bath does work well, needs a new shower head and diverter as well mold around the shower. Front door does not close on its on it must pulled hard to close. Ice maker works but does dispense. Bare Minimum cooking utensils and pots and pans. Would not recommend this property until it is upgraded.

Great view- condo not so great

The condo pictures are very misleading. This condo is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and upgrade. Kitchen was clean but not enough glasses and silverware for a family let alone just 2 people. The coffee maker is probably 15 years old and does not keep the coffee warm. The master bedroom- there are carpet stains and smells. Master bathroom- tub is ridiculously dirty. I wore flip flops in the tub, although I’d be standing in water way above my ankles because it doesn’t drain. All tv remote controls are held together with tape and incredibly dirty. The view from the condo is the only positive thing I can say about this unit. The management company is wonderful. They answer promptly to any questions. I’m sorry to say I would not recommend this unit nor will I book it again.

Mostly good

This property was pretty good. The living room furniture is not the same as what is pictured. The condo was clean. We were given the wrong gate code in our email. I had to call and try multiple different codes before they found the one that worked. The mattresses are pretty uncomfortable and the master bath does not drain well. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The elevators are very fast with the exception of check-in days and that is to be expected. It was very quiet even located right at the elevator. The property is very centrally located. Overall, we had a good experience.

Overall would recommend this rental property. Great view! A/C cold and Water hot! Unit right off elevator which made it convenient. Elevators also moved fast which was great since unit is on 15th floor. Enjoyed the stay!

There was no mention of hold long a walk it was to the condo from the parking garage, nor how to get there. Not good if you suffer from health issues or are disabled. Once at the condo, found our door facing hand been busted. Looked like it had been broken in to All you had to do was jiggle the door and it would open. The main bathtub would not drain well leaving you in ankle deep water after a shower. The balcony was filthy. Chairs and table need replacing. the kitchen was not well stocked. No teaspoons, only tablespoons, 2 steak knives, 1 juice glass, 1 rocks glass, i drinking glass and some plastic tumblers. The freezer ice dispenser was not working due to the flap staying open and the ice collecting in the dispenser. Both remotes to the TVs were taped together with electrical tape. Towel bar in the spare bath kept falling off the wall..I could go on and on but what's the point. Nothing can be done about it at this point. My suggestion would be to update that condo and furnish it appropriatley. Not woth the price we paid.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall property was in a great location and had a nice view. It is lacking glasses in the kitchen and is in need of new shower curtains. These small issues would not stop me from renting it again. It is a nice complex. We enjoyed our girlfriend get away.
