Building L11 is set just inside the main gates of PACIFICO, putting you just steps from the pools, on-site poolside bar and both the vehicle and pedestrian gate access to the main street in Playas del Coco.

Our company manages 140+ vacation rentals in the area so we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property:
- Our VACATION SPECIALISTS can assist with transportation, tours, boat trips, in-property services like chefs and spa services, as well as area information.
- One of our HOUSE MANAGERS will be your point of contact for any questions you have related to the property before and during your stay.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia.  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation! ⁣

Guests have private access to the condo. The community amenities are shared with other guests.

Inside, the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area boasts ample natural light, with sliding doors that connect you to the terrace. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a breakfast bar that seats four, ideal for relaxed meals or a morning coffee.

The inviting living room includes a Smart TV and a sofa that converts into a double bed, making it perfect for extra guests. Your primary bedroom provides a luxurious king-sized bed and plenty of storage with a dresser and walk-in closet. The spacious bathroom offers convenient jack-and-jill access from both the bedroom and living area. With central air conditioning and high-speed internet, you’ll have all the comforts of home in this stylish retreat, just steps from the community’s main gate for easy access to nearby amenities.

Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)

VACATION PLANNING INCLUDED!
Guests have complimentary access to our team of Vacation Specialists to help design your stay. Once booked, you'll be assigned a personal vacation planner who can help with airport transfers, car rentals, golf cart rentals, guided tours or self-drive activities, discounted boat trips, in-property services and more!

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.

Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.

*The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October.
*The Pacifico Beach Club may close to the public due to private events at any time during the year. These closures are out of our control, and we try to communicate them to guests as soon as we are informed.

PACIFICO SPORTS COMPLEX
Guests have access to the tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court and soccer pitch at the PACIFICO Sports Complex. The facility is open to guests daily from 10am to 3pm. Guests must bring their own equipment as it is not provided or available for rent.
