The best part is the beach is only a short three-minute walk away and is accessible through private, gated beach access (thanks to your stellar location being the 3rd house from gulf South of 30A).
Kids and adults alike can frolic in the sand and the water whenever they please. Countless shops and eateries are also within walking distance so take the bikes out for a scenic ride. A private, glittering pool awaits when you need to relax your muscles after a long day of adventuring.
Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior simply flooded with natural light. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, watching your favorite movies on the large TV, or carrying on great conversations with your loved ones in the open space. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the stylish kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table.
If you need to stay connected, a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is available for remote work. With nine beds, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities. Kids will love hosting sleepovers in the bunk beds, making memories they'll cherish for years to come. Find the epitome of comfort in the main bedroom, which boasts a spectacular view of the gulf, a TV for private viewing, and a luxurious en suite bathroom.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
