This beautifully decorated custom home is located steps from the beautiful white sand beach. Walking distance to Gulf Place with seaside eateries, entertainment, fitness studio, coffee shop, boutiques, beach yoga, and the very popular Shunk & Gully.

This home is new and boasts many upgrades: Designer Decorated, 10' ft ceilings, hardwood floors, open floorplan, large kitchen, cover patio and 2 front porches. 3 upstairs bedroom suites with full bathrooms in each as well as the main floor bunkroom with a half bath. House boasts a private pool (heater), 4 bikes, washer/dryer, beach chairs and umbrellas, outdoor shower, and outdoor seating.

Bike along scenic 30A and visit unique beach communities of Seaside, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Watersound, Seagrove, and Rosemary Beach.

The house was beautiful and good location! Communication prior to trip was a little lacking but the weekend of the trip, communication was spot on! The bikes and pool were great! I loved everything about it!

Unfortunately the pool pump was burned out to no fault of the owner but we didn’t use as I would have liked to. Communication with the owners was great and they were very quick to respond and help to resolve any issues they could. The house is in a great location and we enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation

This was a great place to stay for our family vacation. We were able to walk to restaurants, coffee shop, and ice cream shop. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The check in process was easy and the owners we easy to get in touch with and answered any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future.

A Wonderful Home

We had a wonderful time at this property! The location was so incredibly convenient, the house was beautiful, and the pool was perfect. The owners provided us with all the details we needed and were so great about checking in on us. It was a great place to call home for our week long get-away. Highly recommend!

Fantastic all-family getaway

Family of 11 - us, our minor children, our adult children, their spouses, and our 2 grandkids. Perfect location, less than 4 minutes to the beach. Plus, with infants, having the pool was a MUST and a PLUS. Bikes were fun, provided a cart and chairs - we never used the kayak but should have. Room for everyone, plenty of space, nice amenities - great hosts.

Just right in Santa Rosa

The property was better than expected. Location was phenomenal. So close to the beach. Nice restaurants walking distance. Also Steve’s market was a great find for last minute items we needed. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 8. The two teenagers loved the bunk room. The adults appreciated bathrooms in each bedroom. Based on the pictures we were a little concerned about the size of the pool. Our group was pleasantly surprised with how much space there was. It was a great stay and would certainly rent here again.

Great location great house

Loved our stay! Fully equipped kitchen. Bikes to use. Pool was great. Bed were clean and comfortable. Plenty of seating. Clean property. Hosts communicated easily and well. Vicinity to beach was easy with 5 kids (three under age 7) brought their own bikes and they could easily and safely ride down. There was a TON of beach items m, chairs, boogie boards and a wagon to borrow. Close to a few good restaurants. Would love to come back!! Small gripe on the outside area -needs a bit of yard work done lots of weeds and taller grass and the grill was very dirty (full of grease- we had to clean it to use).

Spring Break 2023!

What a wonderful home, location, and hosts! The house was amazing, both inside and out. Just as represented with many amenities to make yourself at home. The proximity to the beach and other activities makes for lovely walks. I think we visited Shunk Gulley at least three times. We very much enjoyed cooking fresh seafood from Shrimpers. (Wonderful staff with great suggestions.) The kiddos loved the pool and their bunk beds. The street made for a great place to fly their kites. We have stayed at numerous VRBO rentals and this ranks at the top of the list. Having king rooms, with all rooms having an en suite bathroom is perfect, especially with a couple of families staying. Santa Rosa is a good location for traveling down 30A or up to the boardwalk. The kids were impressed with the dolphins out in the bay. (And we didn't need to pay for an excursion!) So much to see and do. We spent many an evening playing games at the Florida House, as our granddaughter lovingly referred to it as. Frank and Tracy are great hosts. Very attentive and quick to assist with questions. I couldn't ask for anyone better. We hope and plan to return - maybe next spring break, with a bit warmer weather.

The house’s location is great and walking distance to amenities. The house and private pool are nice. There are plenty of beach toys. The one draw-back is that there are no beach towels provided.

Nothing but great things to say about this property. I was initially worried about space having 10 adults present however, the home was very spacious and fit everyone comfortably, including the pool! Pictures do no do the house justice. Tracy was very accommodating and easily accessible for questions during our stay. Will definitely stay again and recommend this property to other friends and family.

Exceptional!!

Having stayed in a few different homes in Santa Rosa area previously, I have to say this house is PERFECT! The proximity to the beach is literally 2 blocks and the private pool was the icing on the cake. We paid to have the pool heated and it was like a giant hot tub that my kids could swim in for hours no matter the weather outside. All the amenities were top notch. Tracy was always available for any questions I had and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Lovely home with close access to beach and dining

We were in town for a March, weekend wedding and had a great stay. This is a lovely home with lots of room. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool and the walk to the beach was pleasant...very close to the public beach access (with bathrooms). The property is also within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Frank and Tracy were great to work with and made sure everything was set for our stay.
