This two-bedroom, one bath was remodeled in 2022 with new flooring throughout, windows, and paint. Large deck to enjoy the morning sunrise, evening BBQs, and cocktails! Also included are two Lectric brand e-bikes and two kayaks! Located directly across from beautiful Central Gardens. Just two and a half blocks from Lake Time Brewery, downtown shopping and dining, and blocks from city park and city beach! If a hotel is not your thing check out this quaint little house...close to many attractions the Clear Lake area has to offer...very well taken care of.. definitely would stay again!

Great location! We loved having the bikes available to ride around the lake and really enjoyed being able to use the kayaks. It was a wonderful way to explore Clear Lake and enjoy the beautiful surroundings with the gardens right across the street. We had a great stay!

Great Location!

We were visiting Clear Lake for a family reunion and loved the location. We were close to the Brewery, down town, and many restaurants.

Great stay

Gardenview property was perfect for us. Very cute house that is well maintained. Country gardens across the street is a must see. There's always fun things to do in Clear Lake. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable & Cozy

We needed a place to stay while we fid some remodeling on our home and was a great home away from home! The beds were very comfortable and the home was very inviting. Would stay again!

Great Vacation Home!

This is a great rental - spacious for our family of 4, clean, well stocked kitchen and linens, great location on main road, close to everything, communication from host was awesome. We would stay here again! Thanks!

First time in Clear Lake

Lovely weekend getaway

Stayed here with my three sisters for our annual sister weekend. It was rainy so we really spent the whole time here and it was lovely, the house is comfortable and clean, had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend.

Quaint, little older home that was very clean with comfortable beds. Much better than staying at a hotel. Great communication with host.

Fourth of July Stay

Enjoyed stay, close to Downtown, able to walk to fireworks and parade, had lawn chairs for us to take. Good communication with property manager. Nice front deck and close to Central Gardens for nice morning walk.

We enjoyed the E-Bikes that were included and would have taken advantage of the kayaks had we stayed longer. Very clean!! The street was a little busy but everything else was perfect.

Great communication and a nice place to stay!

The seller was great at communicating which is always nice. The location is easy to find and located near enough to a lot that Clear Lake has to offer (especially with the free e-bikes). This was a pleasant experience all around.

Perfect Spot

We made a long weekend out of our friends getting married and it was the perfect spot for all the activities. We spent time, at the Gardens, Downtown, and the Surf District. The Electric Bikes were an awesome perk that we took advantage of to do our daytime exploring.

Clear Lake stay

Wonderful time!!! House was immaculate and fairly close to everything we wanted. Nice deck out front-no back yard. Across the street was a nice gardens which were beautiful to walk through!!!

Great time!

We enjoyed our second trip to Clear Lake. This property was clean and ready to go! The e-bikes were fun to use to go on trips downtown. It was nice to have the city gardens right across the street to visit on a quiet morning.

Perfect location and great hosts!

This property is close to everything in Clear Lake! We walked everywhere and enjoyed coffee on the large deck overlooking Central Gardens. Property host was super kind and helpful! The home was stocked with many extras that my family loved like games and extra towels! Would 100% recommend!
