Entire home located near Eureka Springs, Branson and Northwest Arkansas Corridor

Relax in a full size home in a country setting, yet 20 minutes to an hour drive from major tourist spots. There are 2 queen size beds in one room and a king size in the other room. There is also a couch that opens up to a queen size bed.The king size bedroom has an ensuite. You will feel at home in a full size living room open to a large kitchen. A two car garage is attached. We're on 20 acres with the woods as a backyard. Deer and turkeys roam freely. Grill out or sit around the fire pit under the pergola.
Drive to Eureka Springs in 20 minutes, to the new outdoor concert venue, Thunder Ridge in 25 minutes, Branson in less than 45 minutes or the NW Arkansas Corridor in an hour.

This is our 2nd time staying here and Valarie is so wonderful. She checked on us several times and even provided a large stock pot for me to use! The house is super clean and provides us with the perfect accommodations when we come visit my husband’s family. We’ll definitely stay here every time.

Quick Getaway

We wanted a quiet place to stay while we spent a couple of days exploring the area. The house was wonderfully appointed and the hosts were attentive. We lived smores on the back patio and the generous indoor and outdoor spaces.

This home was so peaceful and convenient for our stay. Valorie was very responsive and helpful. She offered to lend me items that I needed for a family reunion. Her kindness was so appreciated. We really enjoyed the size of the home especially the kitchen, living area and the walk in closets were a huge plus. The location was perfect since it was away from the road and so close to town. The use of a washer and dryer was a must because we were traveling with our infant and 5 year old. We would love to gather here again!

My daughter got married at Thorn Crown Chapel. This house was perfect for our stay and was very comfortable and convenient to where we were going in Eureka Springs.

WONDERFUL--Even the teens were impressed!

The house has well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, lots of seating, blankets, pillows--honestly, we couldn't ask for more. Even has garage parking! Host quickly responds to messages and is very accommodating. This is now our go-to place to stay when we are anywhere near this area.

Amazing Property, Host & Location

Our 2nd visit to Eureka Springs in this fantastic house did not disappoint. We knew immediately after our first stay we wanted to go back and we booked as soon as we knew the dates. Valorie is a fantastic host who thinks of EVERY SINGLE THING we could want or need to make sure we enjoyed our time on vacation. The home is perfect, location and views are outstanding and just what our busy lives needed to get away. We can’t wait to visit again, possibly making it twice year instead of just once. I highly recommend this property and host- you will not be disappointed!

Spacious and comfortable and quiet!

I picked the perfect spot for our mini vacation during our grandsons fall break to visit both Eureka Springs and Branson. Our host was awesome and now my grandson says we should could back here every year! Don’t let the 2 bedroom home make you think a much bigger family couldn’t stay here because both bedrooms are big and the one with 2 beds could easily sleep 4 plus more on cots or blow up mattresses. The kitchen is huge and well stocked and they have great bathrooms with huge towels and a host willing to bring you anything you might need. Our hosts really went above and beyond for our 13 year old grandson and we appreciated that greatly. Highly recommend!!

I wish I could give this property more than 5 stars, they deserve it! This property is so clean, well maintained, and relaxing that it truly feels like a home away from home. The attached garage makes loading and unloading so easy. Valerie is very sweet and an excellent communicator. She really cares about her guests and keeps this property in tip top shape. The house is very welcoming and is stocked with pretty much everything that you might need for your stay. It was nice to know that she was right across the way should we need anything or have any questions or concerns. This Vrbo is a gem. If you plan to travel within the Eureka Springs area, I promise you, this is the place you will want to stay!

Connecting with old friends away from home

Very impressive!! Anything you could possibly need while away from home, was available. This home was just perfect! Tastefully decorated, well furnished, very clean, open concept, comfortable beds, luxurious towels and beautifully situated on a hill with outstanding views. Very quiet at night, so restful sleep was great! Barbeque grill was available, as well as a cornhole game to play. Garage parking was great. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I will definitely return when we ever travel that way again. Valorie was an awesome host, making sure everything was just perfect! Thank you, Valorie. Much appreciated.

enjoyed the beautiful country home

My sister and I spent a week at this comfortable and very quiet country home. The open concept of the house with one floor and a nice garage made unloading the car a breeze. The house has a large kitchen with an island and stools which is great for the laptop or prep leading into a spacious living room. The bedrooms,baths and walk in closets were wonderful . This house is located halfway between Branson&Eureka Springs. We had such a good time riding the different trolleys in Eureka Springs and then hitting every antique store between Eureka Springs & Kimberling City Mo. Really enjoyed watching the deer grazing in the front pasture and cows in the next pasture. Many thanks to our host Valorie who went over and above for us the whole time. Hope to see you again
