Cozy Cabin

This cozy stay was perfect! I was in town for work but this place made it feel like a personal vacation. It had everything I needed. I enjoyed being able to take a nice walk to the downtown area. I would definitely stay here again.

Best fully complete stay.....EVER!!!

The Caboose was a delight and a joy, everything you need, in the heart of the city and light gentle music being played nextdoor by the schools music band. All the pots and pans, the TVs the comfy king bed, everything was great and you were in a house all by yourself, we saw deer in the back yard two days, everything was perfect and we are so pleased that we chose to stay here, A++++

Weekend Visit

Wonderful, cute little property. We were in the area visiting friends and the locate was within minutes from everything we wanted. Communication with owner was quick and informative. Will definitely stay again when we visit.

Such a nice place

This rental was perfect for the weekend get-away. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The place was very clean. The owner was easy to reach when needed. I would recommend this property!

Cute spot and good for what we needed

We were staying for a night to see the race at the Bristol motor speedway. We requested to see if we could arrive early- they said they would let us know however never heard back. Thankfully they let us leave the car. Important to note the bathroom is on the second floor, so you have to climb stairs to get to it- the main bed is on the ground floor. It is a cute spot with all you need and close to downtown.

A nice little property, wife was a little nervous of the bedroom being directly inside entrance front door, but it didn’t bother me! It’s cosy with a lovely living area upstairs! If you’re a little unsteady on your feet then take care with the uneven stairs, but a great place to relax and so close to downtown! If you’re traveling from northern VA or the Hampton roads area Beware! Everyone you meet here are friendly and helpful! 😊

Clean, cozy, and quiet

This was a cozy, colorful, and clean space. The host even leaves a welcoming basket of snacks and water. It was nice and quiet in the evening, allowing for a good night’s sleep. Easy 10-15 minute walk to shops in downtown Bristol. A great place for someone single or a couple who want to get away!

Perfect for a quick trip

We loved this little spot! It was convenient to everything in the city, but felt like a secret little hideaway in town. It was clean and cozy. Check out instructions were conveniently displayed, which made our morning easy going. If I were to change anything, it would be in the instructions on how to get there. Got a little confusing around Saratoga, seems like we should have turned right onto Chester St first. And added "uphill to the right" at Buckner, as there is also a big hill to the left. Also maybe a note about school traffic for those staying on weekdays, as the parent pickup lines block the entrance driveway to the house. Those were minor difficulties though and all & all, we loved our stay and wished we were staying longer. Thank you!

Very clean but not a 2 Bedroom

It was nice to get in a little early but upon arrival we discovered that there was road work going on and were not able to get in the driveway. Inside we found a clean 1 bedroom, 2 room and bathroom. The downstairs bedroom is spacious and clean. The upstairs room is a living area with a fold out couch, table and chairs, kitchen and bathroom. Everything is clean. My problem is that to me a fold out couch is not a full size bed and the living room is not a bed room. I understand that the owners have no control over the road work but this unit should be listed as a 1 bedroom capable of sleeping 5. For a couple sleeping in the same bed it is good. I hope that the listing gets updated because it is wrong and if I had known this I would not have booked it. I could have booked a 1 bedroom cheaper somewhere else.
