Great Place Close to Everything!

Came for a weekend to look at colleges, so the location was great! Super clean! And there is a great hot tub!

Nice location and accommodating owner

Our nearby home restoration project extended two days, and the owner was very accommodating when we were in need of a place to stay and booked last minute. Nicely maintained home with all of the essentials to ensure a pleasant stay. Highly recommend this rental!

Good Location, Reasonable Price

Large lanai with hot tub and gas grill are nice features. Good location in quiet neighborhood. Except for the newish smart TV, most of the decor and appliances are dated. Several minor mai tenance issues were noted and reported

comfortable get away

The house was perfect for our needs. We were in FLorida with our daughter and her family and needed a place for just the two of us that was near where they were staying. The house was clean, well stocked(could use more a few new drinking glasses) and the hot tub was awesome! The neighborhood was quit and convenient.

Excellent home away from home!

The home is great! Bedrooms are roomy with lots of closet and dresser space in each one. Kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked at least one meal at home every day. The lanai is very spacious - a big table with 6 chairs. We spent a lot of time out there! Would definitely rent this home again! Tom was quick to respond to the few questions that we had. The area is quiet and we enjoyed walking and riding the bikes. A little surprise was that we found two places in the neighborhood that burrowing owls had taken up residency. It was a treat to see them when we went on our walks!

Clean home, perfect location for us to visit others

This was a great central location for us to visit friends in Fort Myers, Naples, Sebring, and Punta Gorda. Home was bigger than we needed for the 2 of us, but very clean and nice. Very nice hot tub in screened in lanai. I lifted the cover to figure out the controls, but then we stayed too busy to use it. As a new VRBO rental, it was missing a few minor items, like juice glasses and wine glasses, but not a problem for us. We would certainly rent here again, if we stay in that area. Owner Tom was available via cell phone to answer my questions, and is very nice. Thanks Tom!

We are an ever moving, crazy busy family of five. With every game, tournament or gathering we attend, we know that every moment is sacred and we want to soak up as much family time as we can. My wife and I call Minnesota home. I am a realtor and she is a high school counselor. We have three girls who are at wonderful and busy age. They are active in sports and activities that come with a color coded calendar! As much as we have enjoyed this home for 10+ years, we are excited for you and your family to create memories and moments to hold close to your heart!

My wife and I have been visiting the Cape Coral area since 2011. This property was purchased by our family in 2011 and used as a winter getaway. Several friends and family members have rented it for a week or even months in the past. Over the years, my wife and I started using it more and more and falling in love with the home and area. Recently, in the fall of 2022 we decided we wanted to purchase it and work towards becoming residents of Florida in the future and still be able to rent it to those family and friends who enjoy coming back. Things that we enjoyed about the property is first the location. We are close to all of the popular beaches (Sarasota, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and so many more), fishing, golfing, and Pine Island for fishing. Yet, we are far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the busy places. The home has allowed myself, wife, and three girls to enjoy all of our activities the area has to offer and quiet safe place to come home to. The neighbors have all been welcoming and we enjoy their company over the years. Secondly, the house is fitting for coming back from day trips and kicking back. From the 3 separate bedrooms, large lanai, hot tub, garage, and living space you are sure to find a spot that is right for you. Lastly, you are close to all the amenities you need. Target, Walmart, groceries, bait/tackle, beer/wine, and waterfront restaurants are all very close for those quick errands.
