Check in was easy. Everything about the house was very nice and clean. The pool was nice did have to skim about an hour before each swim. Pool guy showed up but didn't clean the pool, very dirty on the bottom of pool. Other than that, the house had everything you needed. Woul definitely recommend!!

Paradise on 36th

All the comforts of home. Lanai was great, large size, would be perfect for a family/ friends gathering. Master king bed was very comfortable. Chairs and sofa in the living room were nap inducing. The kitchen was equipped just like home! The yard is lovely and our pup enjoyed the freedom of the large fenced in area! We definitely recommend this home for a get-a-way!

Girls weekend

We stayed for a long weekend and the house was perfect. Carol thought of all the amenities. Small issue with internet password, Carol came right over and resolved. Would definitely recommend her house and would love to rent again

Propery was nice.We had a small issue with the ac our first night - Carol was right on top of and fixed promptly the next day.Krab Hut was our go to crab joint...The area was perfect for what we wanted to do during our two week stay.

The home is conveniently located near any type of shopping you need. It was very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Carol, the owner, was very accessible. She was also extremely flexible and accommodating with a few situations we had.

New Years 2024

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and we had a very large age range of adults staying, 21-80 and all were impressed. We especially loved that there was anything that we could possibly need at the house, even some kitchen essentials like spices, sugar, coffee filters etc. it made it just so much easier! Thank you for sharing your house, we loved it!

What a fabulous rental home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Cape Coral property. We're no longer "go-go-go on vacation" kind of people. More the "stay and relax" kind of people, but this home would also be perfect for folks with young children that would enjoy the pool. For us older folks, we appreciated the single level ranch style home and the "step-in" shower is perfect. The attached garage for parking the car inside was very nice, though the neighborhood seems very safe (middle school right nearby). Very well supplied with everything we wanted. And I can't leave out how we appreciate the decor - very well maintained and cared for home. If we're ever back in the area, we're staying here!

Overall nice property. Decor kinda dated but clean and fresh.Would suggest not asking your guest to practically clean the whole house including wash and fold towels and leave the house as you found it and still charge a cleaning fee. We never leave properties a mess after staying but for the host to put in the rules to wash and fold towels and still charge a cleaning fee is ridiculous. Things like this will make us not rent here again. But we did as asked and left the home like we found it. mess after

Perfect rental

Very nice property, good location in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is a bonus. This is probably the cleanest home we have ever stayed at. We require pet friendly locations snd this is the best with the fenced yard. Would certainly stay here again.

Must Stay!!!!

My family and friends came down here to bring our children for the first time and they LOVED it!!! We took them everyday to do something different! Trails, kayaking, mini golf, go karts, and much more! The pool was where the kids were the most! I would def book this house again! Beautiful inside and out!

We wanted to relax and have a quiet vacation and we got it. Beautiful and clean house, with everything we needed to be comfortable and to enjoy our stay. Definitely we would go back. By the way the lawn need to be mowed.

Great Family Vacation

The home was so cute! The owner was always avalible if we had a question. The screened in pool and lanai made for a great place for us to hangout. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable Florida stay. The home is located in a very nice and quite community away from the busyness of cities. We will definetly considering staying here again in the future.

Immaculately clean and organized

When we walked into this house we were blown away by how well it is taken care of. You can smell the difference between a place that just smells clean and one that smells good to cover up subpar cleaning. We have stayed in a lot of places and this is the best stocked and most organized I have ever seen. On top of that it’s not cheaply stocked. Most places uses cheaper quality pans that everything sticks or value brand toiletries. Not this home. If we come back to this area we would absolutely stay here again.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The owners vacationed in Cape Coral for many years before purchasing this home. They made great effort in choosing an area that is pleasant and convenient. With the south facing pool and solar panels, the pool is heated without the expense of a pool heater. You can enjoy the lanai, pool, and grill while being protected from the north wind on cool days.

A port a crib and high chair are provided for little ones as well as a safety fence for the pool. Be sure to specify if you have little ones 6 or under so the fence can be installed prior to your arrival.

Bedrooms include one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with twin beds. There is also a very nice blow up queen matress for extra guests.

WiFi is also available.
