5 minute walk to lifts and Stratton Village! Cozy fireplace with a private patio


Come enjoy the convenience of this cozy one bedroom located adjacent to the village and lifts at Stratton Mountain.

Our one bedroom condo is in the Long Trail House located directly across from Stratton Village where you can walk to the base lodge and lifts. Park in the heated garage beneath Long Trail, store your gear in the ski lockers and walk across the street for direct access to the lifts as well as the shops and restaurants in the village.

The condo features views of Stratton Mountain, a living room with gas fireplace and flat screen TV, and a pull out full size sofa bed. There is also a twin, fold away bed. Kitchenette with bar seating make this the perfect base for a couple or small family. The unit has WiFi, DVD player, and cable TV.

Long Trail House features 2 hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool, all open year round. A well appointed lounge with wood burning fireplace overlooks the pool area. The concierge sets up complimentary coffee and pastries in high seasons, as well as ice skating just outside the condo on the pond. Common laundry area also located on the floor unit.

Perfect Room for our family holiday getaway. Close walk to village and lifts. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities as provided. Great parking and storage provided. Use of outdoor heated pool and hotubs were a nice experience after long day of skiing. Would rent again. Thank you for hosting our stay.

Excellent location

This was a perfect place to rest our weary heads after a great weekend of skiing. Walking distance to lifts and restaurants is a bonus.

Fabulous Ski Condo

Adorable condo in walking distance to the lifts. The host went above and beyond to help us out and communicate. There’s an outdoor hot tub right next to the unit, which was a pleasant surprise! Thank you, Ashley! We’ll be back next year

Convenient Stratton Condo

The condo is the height of convenience. Cross the street to get the lifts and once you park your car in the heated garage you can leave it there. Condo is clean and well maintained. Owner was prompt and clear in all communication. Thank you!

Amazing!!

I can’t rave about this condo enough. Super fair prices for staying directly across the street from the mountain and having a parking garage. The bed was super comfy and immediately after walking in I noticed how clean it was. The hot tub almost directly outside was the icing on the cake. If you’re going to stay in Stratton, this place is it.

Demo days

We come up to Stratton this week every year for demo days with our ski shop. Usually we all get one big house down the access road, but this year we opted for smaller places near the village. This was the perfect location with the village right across the street and easily accessible heated parking garage right off the main road. There were plenty of extra towels, pillows, blankets and other amenities. We also liked that it was on the first floor at the very end so there were extra windows and a back porch. We had a great time and would not hesitate to stay here again!

So nice

Our stay was great. The short distance to the mountain made it so easy to just take our equipment with us and the walk across the street through the tiny village and make our way to the lift. Just about a five min walk unless you stop at a shop or cafe along the way. The condo was decorated w a ski house theme and had a good amount of space for all of us to lounge and sleep. Loved that there is a king sized bed along with the sleeper sofa options and pull out twin. It was perfect to sit by the fire and have the snow landscape in the background after being on the mountain all day. And also the option for using the sauna and hot tubs. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you

Beautiful Condo close to everything

Great Condo - Super Close to Village and Mountain

Our family had a great stay at Ashley's condo - it's 1 bedroom which was perfect for my husband and me and our 2 kiddos (7 and 9). Loved the proximity to the resort - didn't have to use our car the entire time we were there. Thank you!!

Second time staying here and hopefully more to come! My kids love the short walk to the mountain and the pool after skiing. Ashley is the MOST accommodating host . She checks in on you and thinks of everything to have in her unit. Future renters enjoy your stay!

Great holiday weekend stay!

We have stayed at various Long Trail House units probably 20 times, and this unit is as good as any. All the typical LTH furnishings but the owner has all of the important things in the kitchen, the decor is "super cute" as my wife said, and the owner was very clear in instructions and attentive in checking in via the VRBO app. We have a future stay booked in this unit in a few weeks also and very much looking forward to it. Thank you!

Fun fact, 3 out of the 4 of us were born in Wisconsin, and it wasn’t me! Ever been to Madison, WI? If not you need to check it out. My name is Ashley and my husband is Brandon. We are so excited that you will be enjoying our favorite place in the world.
I met my husband Brandon in Madison, WI. I went out with a friend by chance for a change of scenery. When I met Brandon, I knew I couldn’t leave and go back home. I had to get to know this guy. I ended up staying there for 11 years. Best decision of my life!
As an east coaster myself, I grew up on Stratton Mountain. My family had a condo, and we went up almost every weekend in the winter. Some of my fondest memories are on this mountain, even from when I started skiing at 3 years old. When I moved away from home the first time, I named my first dog, Summit. My very happy place since I was a child, the Summit of Stratton. The fact that I’m able to come here with my own family and my own children is everything to me. Stratton is so special, I’ve skied all over the east, and Stratton truly is my second home.
Enjoy walking across the street to access, lifts, shops and restaurants. When you park in the heated underground garage, you won’t need your car again, until its time to leave. Everything is literally right there. Honestly that’s one of my favorite things about our little “sneak away.” The convenience is everything. Can I tell you something honestly? Stratton is just as amazing up here in the summer as it is in the winter.
