If you like a clean home and AC stay away from this property
I wish I would have listened to the reviews, first we get there later in the night, outside light wouldn’t stop flickering and then going out on us so getting things into the house was chaotic with little ones who couldn’t see, we finally settle inside and it’s 80 degrees, we reach out and they claimed a tech would come out and see if they can fix the issue, no one came. Next day someone was supposed to be there first thing in the morning, nope that didn’t happen, luckily by the time we arrived at 10pm the house had cooled some so I’m gonna guess they have a unit that isn’t efficient and cannot keep up if the temperature outside is above 85… Which isn’t great when you come home from a long day in the heat at the beach. Everyone was miserable and sweaty the entire night, there were only 2 stand up fans. No one had ceiling fans other than the one in the back room which isn’t a bedroom but does have a sofa bed. The home was dirty, toilets had old pee in them crusted everywhere, dog paws all over the floor, hair in the shower, God only knows if the beds were changed, it was a very uncomfortable feeling. There was also dirty blankets and towels in the washer which just confirmed the lack of cleaning. Overall I’m very upset with our experience and I will definitely be skipping this listing when visiting the area. Hopefully they start actually listening to the reviews and address the issues because there were many and they seem to not care much.
