Step into a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath beach front condo directly located on the Gulf of Mexico!

Enjoy the view and sound of waves from the gulf front master bedroom! Freshly updated property with stunning sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico. Dunes of Panama has 1,500 feet of family friendly private beachfront with three oceanfront pools, one heated, and a poolside tiki bar. Amenities also include tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, volleyball, fitness center. Close to St. Andrews State Park, shopping, golfing, restaurants and attractions

This condo comes complete with a gulf front master bedroom with a KING size bed, attached private bathroom with a shower. A 2nd bedroom with two QUEEN size beds. The 2nd bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a great meal in your home away from home!

The gulf front living room has a large flatscreen TV, plenty of seating and a sleeper sofa.

The private balcony offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and seating so you can watch the beautiful sunsets!

*The remaining final payment balance is due in our office 30 days prior to your arrival date. Or within 7 days if the check in date is between 14-30 days from booking date.

We stay in this condo every year and we love it! It is perfect for us and our 2 daughters and our Beagle. The complex has everything and we love being able to walk to Stingrays too! We will be staying again next year at this condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property and location fantastic was construction in our building wasn’t the best fir grand baby but we knew about it Just didn’t think it through for naps! Room was clean needs some updating but overall great place ❤️

Very clean unit, great property, it is an older building and is being worked on. This was our 2nd time in this unit we love the location and property. The unit itself was clean but could use some paint, but heck we were at the beach for the beach not the base boards, so for a pet friendly unit with a beautiful view you can't go wrong here.

We had an overall wonderful stay at this condo! The location is absolutely unbeatable — 10/10. Being right on the beach was our top priority when booking, and this property delivered perfectly on that.That said, there are a few things that could be improved for future guests. When we arrived, we were surprised to find that the building was under construction, and the boardwalk from Building A to the beach was closed. This meant we had to walk around to Building B’s boardwalk, which was a bit inconvenient — and something we wish we had known ahead of time, as we may have looked elsewhere if we’d been aware of it. The hot tub was also closed during our stay, which was a little disappointing — though being steps from the beach more than made up for it. On our first day I messaged 3 different management emails that I could find for the rental company about the issues, but didn’t hear back from them until the last full day of our stay which was very disappointing.The condo itself was a great size for two families and our small dog, but some of the furniture wasn’t the most comfortable, and a few areas looked like they could use some TLC. The walls and surfaces could benefit from a deeper cleaning, as there were some visible smudges and marks throughout.Overall, we enjoyed our time here and appreciated the location and space. With a few updates and a thorough deep clean, this condo could easily be a five-star stay.

It’s hard to be TOO upset in PCB, and we’re far from picky…however, this unit definitely needs some renovations (new furniture especially) The condo was pretty clean, which was great. We had to move some light bulbs around because some were out, and some batteries in remotes had to be switched. There was no internet at all, so we had no connection and no TVs for the first 2 days. It was impossible to get help until Monday (we arrived Saturday and tried multiple times to get assistance) but we were finally connected then. Overall it was a good stay, but we definitely wouldn’t choose this particular unit again.

The unit was very clean and very comfortable. It is a pet friendly unit and therefore nothing fancy. Master bedroom view is worth the rental alone. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated. I cannot wait to stay again.

Staying at dunes of panama

Well got there paid for early check in didn’t get that til after 2. Then no sheets or blankets for pull out bed. Then couldn’t get TV to work for 3 days finally my daughter got it fixed. Then they said they were going to spray for bugs so I couldn’t go anywhere because I have a dog & I needed to make sure he would be ok. Then they never showed up I went to office after 2 pm & they said they cancelled. This happened on my birthday which I had plans. So I did not like it there at all.

Fall fun in the sun!

We love staying at the Dunes as far as feeling safe at all times. Having a place to walk that is gated is a plus for us! Location of the room was perfect for us to go to the beach and the view from inside is great!

Great location and perfect for family

The location was great and being pet friendly was perfect for us. All the staff onsite and virtual support were very friendly. Pool areas were extremely clean and well kept. The views from the condo were great and appreciated the access to the patio from both the living room and main bedroom.

PCB vacation

The beach views are great. The balcony faces southwest giving great views of the sunsets. The condo needs new furniture badly on the balcony and some minor repairs and maintenance done. Was a great price and would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable with beautiful view

Our family had a wonderful vacation. The condo was comfortable with a beautiful view of the gulf. It had easy access to the beach and was convenient to things around Panama City Beach. The manager was wonderful and very helpful. We were very pleased.

Enjoyed my stay

The only complaint I have is the guest bedroom was listed as queen beds and it’s actually double beds. It seemed to have a rush clean up job but other than that…..everything was perfect.

Gulf Coast Beauty

Its was a rainy cooler stay. Our unit was not very well cleaned. Cheesey stains on curtains, doors, windows and linens from a previous renter we assumed. The balcony was dirty. Overall tho, we loved it and our stay here. We plan on coming back asap!!

Good Vacation - Master Bath Disappointment

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a good vacation. We liked the pools, the pickleball courts and the access to the beach. The condo is okay. It needs a deep cleaning and some things fixed - the front door doesn't close well, light bulbs were out, light fixture didn't work. I emailed Kristen at ECDI and she was very good in replying. The bathrooms were a disappointment. You have to duck to get into the second bath shower. The shower in the master bath is great but the vanity is ridiculous. It's the size of a half bath vanity. No place to put anything. You can barely fit in the small area. Also, the chairs in the living room need to be replaced.
