Sala de estar tiene un nuevo sofá cama de calidad comercial. TV de pantalla plana grande con balcón con vistas al Golfo ..

Can’t wait to stay again!

We had a blast! Everything was clean and the view was amazing! We would sit on the balcony in the mornings before the beach got busy and at night! There aren’t too many places that you are able to take your pets with you and be on beachfront! Most of the time we were there the one elevator was down but the wait was not terrible! Also being on the 2nd floor the stairs weren’t a bad option either! Check in was a breeze and everyone was so helpful! I hope to stay here again next year! (The support poles are still there but it did NOT take away from the beautiful view and did NOT make us feel any less safe)

Pros: beautiful view, quiet, clean, very nice pools, cloose walk to beach, close to elevator, dog stations with poop bags Cons: balcony being held up with metal poles, took away from room on balcony but better safe, no light outside door, elevators small and slow.

Great location. Condo was very clean and we had a nice time. Everyone was super nice and answered all of our questions. The only downside was the beds and pillows. The sheets were old and did not fit the beds and all of the pillows had huge lumps. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this place.

Awful place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived and there were holes in the wall and scratches all over the door. The unit is not in good shape at all. The stove was left a mess. Management called me several times telling me to move my car and bothering me while I was trying to enjoy my vacation and they were very unprofessional about it. They even banged on my door at 7 am to tell me to move my car. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We appreciate your feedback. We thank you for providing photos of the paint damage on your arrival. We wish you would've informed us about the stove being "a mess", as we would've gladly sent down a cleaner to rectify that issue. After you were evicted by the resort, we did a thorough inspection and no holes in any walls were found. We are sorry to hear that you had issues with the building asking you to move your vehicle during their ground's maintenance. From our records we sent you one text message and left 1 voicemail with this information. We make every effort to not interrupt any guest's stay, however there are items that we do have to touch base with guests on at times. We never received any reports from the resort that they were experiencing any issues with your vehicle or that they had to knock on your door to ask you to move. We did receive the report and photos from the resort of you climbing from one balcony to another, which is a felony offense, at which point they told us you could no longer stay at the resort. We wish you luck on future vacations!

Perfect Location

The location of this unit was perfect! It is close to shopping, dining, and bars. Even the location of the beach was great, it was not as crowded as it was in front of the other buildings in the resort. The unit itself could use an upgrade and some paint but it wasn’t anything that I would consider a problem. They have two oscillating fans that really helped since the ceiling fans were not very powerful.

This place was great! Loved the location, the views, and of course the beach and pools! Doggo even loved the dog path! Perfect for families. Floors were a bit dirty ( needs good mop) but I think that’s expected on the beach with the salty most air. No scissors or salt and pepper lol limited kitchen cookware and utensils but definitely enough to get the job done. Just not fancy. All in all very satisfied and will be back!!

Family vacation 2023

The beds were horrible hard as a rock . Shower door was falling off in master bathroom, the couch was very nasty ,refrigerator needs an ice maker ,the whole place needs to be remodeled . For the price people has to pay i expected better .This resort is for older crowds not a fun place to stay at all . The balcony and view and pool area were very good 👍.

Thank you for booking with us. I'm sorry that you had an issue with the beds. I'm happy to report that we have delivered a new King mattress. I wish we were able to fix the shower door before your arrival, but the previous guest didn't report the issue to us. I'm happy to report that we were able to fix the shower door within 24 hours of your arrival. I hate to hear that you thought the couch was nasty, it's brand new and only one guest used the couch before you. I wish you would've given my office a call to report any issue you experience but you didn't. Our office is open 7 days a week and we even have an after-hours line for emergencies. While you didn't call us, we had multiple calls from security about noise complaints during your stay. Best of luck on your future travels.

I really do not understand your giving the property a 2 This winter we replaced all of the carpeting with new flooring, Brand new dinning room suite and bar stools, new lamps in the living room. New dresser and beds in guest room. Just painted the entire condo including base boards and you are the first guest at this condo with no comment about all that was done just a washer did not work and a dripping faucet which could have been repaired. I don't think guest understand that a 3 rating does tremendous damage to the owner because of how this review effects our properties ability to be listed on marketing sites. We have already requested that the washer be replaced. and the shower head to be repaired.

The unit needs a lot of updates. The Appliances are in bad shape. The washer is so loud when you use it. The floors were dirty. But overall you had had a place to eat and sleep.

Thanks for booking with us. I would've loved to have heard what you felt needed to be updated or if you found that any of our appliances weren't functional or needed replacing. I also hate to hear that you had an issue with the floors being dirty. Unfortunately, you didn't call our office to report any issues with the appliances or with the floors during your stay. Our office is open 7 days a week and we even have an after-hours line for emergencies. If you would've called our office when you checked in and reported that the floors were dirty, we would've come back and fixed any issue that you had. Best of luck in your future travels.

Thanks for booking with us. I'm sorry that you found some of the furniture & appliances to be old. I show no calls or reports that you had any issues with the functionality of our appliances. Also, all the appliances pictured are currently in the property. I hate to hear that you had an issue with the closet doors, but I'm happy to report that all the closet doors are functioning properly. I hate to hear that the elevators stopped working for you on your last night, but I've confirmed with the building that all the elevators are functioning normally at this point. I'm also happy to report that a new King mattress has been delivered. I hope you have better luck on your next vacation.
