Family Beach Vacation

We love Beach Colony. The unit was clean but definitely worn. I think the bathrooms and Kitchen could use some updates. But overall great unit and easy to check in and out.

Family vacation

A good place to have a family spend a week together at the beach. The unit was exactly as advertised. Great views of the beach and location was convenient to dining, shopping, and entertainment.

This property was great. Very neat and clean - including the pool and beach areas. Beach service was top notch. Property manager was great. Check in/check out was very smooth and easy. We will stay here again!

Great view!!

We had a great time, our view of the ocean was awesome. We watched dolphins every morning. The condo was well equipped and comfortable.

Wonderful condo

We loved the condo. We had plenty of space for everyone. It was great having 3 bathrooms too. The view was beautiful and looked exactly like the listing. We loved the security at Beach Colony and felt safe the entire week. The beach service team worked so hard to give us the best spots on the beach. Everything was perfect. Great location for restaurants and grocery stores. The check in/check out process was easy but wished it could have been on property rather than having to drive to a different location.

Very disappointed with the decor, I didn’t feel like I was on the beach until I stepped out on the balcony. Mattress needs to be replaced in side room. They need more Lamps in the den, hot pads to take things out of the oven. I like the floors. And I’m so sorry, keys? We spent so much time trying to make sure someone had a key and who?

Great stay on the beach!

My family of 7 took a quick 4 day weekend to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone. The condo had everything we needed and fit our family’s needs perfectly. They even had nice welcome kits with soaps and other things needed for each room. I would ask that you spell out the elevator instructions. It took us asking someone else to figure out how to use the code. Overall nice stay and we would stay there again.

Nice way to end the summer

The condo property is not too big so the pool and elevators were never crowded. The unit was clean and we really appreciated the amenity boxes that were provided. Unit was spacious and was perfect for our mixed group of 5 family members. That being said, the front bedrooms did not seem to cool as much as we would have liked and the beds were not very comfortable. The bed in the primary suite was fine.

Perdido Key in June

Great Condo and would definitely stay there again. A few changes that I would recommend is the check in. Initially it says checkin is at 4 or later but days before starting our vacation we were notified that it could be as late as 5:30CST. Our condo was ready at 2:30 pm but it was tool late as we didn't want to arrive early and not be available until 5:30CST. I wish they would change the time to 4 and we would have arrived at 3 and bought our groceries. This is my only complaint but I will pick another agency because I don't want to start my vacation wondering if we can't get in until 5:30CST which the day would be over by then.

Condo was very nicely located with a great view of the gulf. Also, only 2 minutes from a Publix. Kitchen was well stocked but I recommend the owner getting teflon pans instead of the stainless steel ones. Also, the toilet in the master bedroom was constantly running and I had to remove the top of the tank on several occasions to flush completely.
