The property is beautiful. Our first trip to the Peridido Key area will not be our last. Peridido Realty was very easy to work with; they kept us well informed before checking in and checked often to see if everything was going well. Beautiful area!!

Family Vacation

This property was exactly what we were looking for. We had 6 adults and 2 children. Awesome view of the beach. Loved that it was on the second floor so we could easily take the steps instead of the elevator.

Great Property, Great Location

Great property, great location. Our only critique staying in March was that the pool is not heated. Otherwise, great place for a family that needed 3 full bedrooms and baths.

Great time

Our stay was wonderful at this location. It was a large, clean condo. Relaxing atmosphere and nice balcony. It contained all the utensils, pots & pans etc that you will ever need. The door lock was easy to use with code & appreciated they gave a key for just in case. Never had to use it. The grounds are well kept & the beach is close to the condo. We had a great time.

This condo was gorgeously decorated--obviously professionally. It was very comfortable for my family of 6 adults. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness--and I am very particular. The location was perfect for all of our favorite places and friends. We enjoyed our trip very much.

Wonderful Unit

Unit was absolutely perfect for us. Tons of space, 3 full bathrooms, lower level so not too high where we would have a heart attack of our little one was looking through the balcony railing. Kitchen had everything we would need (except maybe our electric skillet we opted not to bring). The balcony had a wonderful view morning and night. Elevators were fast and usually available at all times (one went down momentarily but was quickly fixed). Most of all the Unit was CLEAN. We tried to leave it "cleaner than we found it" but it was spotless when we arrived. Would highly recommend this unit for anyone with several members in their family. Pools were not heated but the kids didn't mind so much. Really no "cons" to our stay. Was a nice property all around!

Excellent condo/rental company not so good

The condo is very clean, well stocked, and one of the best we have stayed in. Unfortunally the rental company handling the condo needs plenty of improvements. We checked in with 5 adults around 4pm at the rental company which is a few miles away from the condo and were given a packet with a spare key and door code for the electronic lock. upon arrival at the condo, we were advised that all occupants needs wrist bands while on the property, called the rental company and they advised they would drop them off shortly. Went into the condo and its just what we were looking for, exceptional!!! Rental company staff dropped off "2" wristbands!!!, we checked in with 5 people. They did bring us more the next day. Our electronic lock quit working, tried the key they gave us and didnt work, after calls realized it was for another unit. Staff brought another key which didnt work as well. next day they finally brought a new key and got the lock fixed. Later in week went to the beach at 2pm, came back at 4pm and our door was propped open, no one around. Thought we were burglarized!!! at 4:35 I found some building workers replacing door molding, asked if they left our door wide open, said building staff unlocked it for them, I wasnt happy leaving our door open and/or notifying us of what was going on. We had cash and valuables in the condo with no one watching our open door. I called the HOA and of course no one returned our calls. Also generator installed taking power out 1 day for 6 hrs.
