Long-term Stay Policy:
Welcome to your home away from home! In accordance with California rental law, we are required to sign a lease agreement with tenants for rentals surpassing 28 days. Additionally, For stays exceeding 28 days, we kindly request our guests to cover utility costs during their visit. This helps us keep our rates affordable while offering the comfort and convenience of a fully-equipped home. Utility charges will be based on actual usage, ensuring fairness and transparency.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of $1,000 is required for long-term stays. This deposit is fully refundable, provided the property is returned in its original condition. We trust you will treat the space as if it were your own, and in return, we will ensure your deposit is returned promptly after your departure.
Wi-Fi:
To keep you connected during your stay, we provide complimentary Wi-Fi. Enjoy uninterrupted access to work online, stream your favorite shows, or plan your next day’s adventures!
Other Things to Note:
*The Townhome is located in a gated area with other properties. Each Townhome is private. Two cars can park parallel to the garage.
*There is plenty of free street parking, but please be sure to read the parking signs for restricted days/hours—street sweeping days.
*24-hour surveillance outside the property.
*We love pets, but some guests are not, so there is a NO pet policy.
*Please no parties or events or additional guests that were not previously reported.
*Ants are active in the region. Please try not to leave food residues on the floor or on the table. Keep the floor clean.
* Internet speed is fast, but if you are experiencing a low signal, please check whether it is plug-in the Google Nest Wi-fi Router on the nightstand. Feel free to contact us if you need support.
*Please respect our neighbors and the neighborhood. There are neighbors on both sides of the property. Loud talking or music during our quiet time hours (10pm - 8am) is not allowed.
*This is a Non-Smoking household. Smoking of cigarettes, INCLUDING E-Cigarettes, is not allowed at any time inside the house. You may smoke outside. Smoking indoors will be fined to remove the smell.
