Perfect condo

Stayed here for a weekend baseball tournament. Only complaint is the coffee pot didn’t work, it brewed 2 cups in 3 mins.. other than that, great stay!

Clean, Easy, Accessible!

We loved staying at this property. It was very clean, exactly as described, and in a great spot really close to the freeway so we could go anywhere we needed. It’s on the outskirts of Cedar City for sure, but only ten minutes from the main area of town.

Wonderful location & comfortable stay!

Jade was a great host and communicated things well before, during, and after our stay. We would highly recommend a stay here! Big & clean new house that comfortably fit 2 families. The kids enjoyed time in the inflatable hot tub right outside the back door! Nice location near the gas station & freeway, and only a 30 minute drive to Brian Head. We would love to come stay again!

Great for families

We had 2 families stay here. The bunk room was great for all the kids we have. Plenty of towels for everyone. The kitchen was a great place to cook and be involved with conversations. Everything was clean as it should be. We had no problems at all.

Lovely little home

Excellent little townhome, super clean with plenty of beds! We had everything we needed, and a bit more than we expected to be provided. I was able to bake up some cake mixes for a birthday party in the kitchen, no problem. The location was super convenient to main roads, and the familiar access code on the door made it easy for us to get in without forgetting or needing to find keys. Host was very responsive, and gracious about a false alarm we texted late at night. Kids loved the triple bunk and the past guest's signatures in the garage.

10 out of 10. Highly Recommend!

As a traveling family on a budget vacation we were blessed to stumble upon this property. The Home was such a great find! It was spacious and accommodated our whole family. Easy to find and access. It had everything we needed from pots and pans, to extra toiletries and even propane for the bbq grill. Jade thought of everything to make our stay easy and stress free, (i mean the pak n play was a game changer to have!) Minutes away from shops and food places. And even a park down the road for free festivities. The beds were comfy and the plethora options for sleep accommodations was what made us choose (and will choose again) Jades property. Not to mention you could fit 4 vehicles with ease that was a plus. Really safe location and a very quiet quaint neighborhood. The instructions were easy to follow and they didn’t make you jump thru hoops and make you do everything under the sun when you check out. I loved that! If you’re looking for a family friendly safe place to stay book with Jade. You leave with great memories to look back upon!

Good Location and Nice Place

All went well except for the coffee maker not working. Also, the cleaner left old coffee in the coffee pot. Nice quiet location and nice neighborhood.
