Sunny 2BR/2BA Southwest exposure with beautiful river & ocean views. Unit features private balcony with panoramic views, full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, king bed in master with private bath and ceiling fan. Guest room also has beautiful views, two twin beds and ceiling fan. You will enjoy incredible sunset views over the Halifax River as well as coastline and ocean views from this 14th floor condo. Recently updated with new flooring, windows and furniture. Lots of building amenities too including oceanfront pool, hot tub, exercise room, secure parking and more. This is an iconic 29-story building with a full restaurant on the top floor. This is a great spot for your next vacation! ** Please note: There is only one elevator in operation at this time. It can be slow depending on building occupancy. Hot tub is currently closed - please ask for update **

Rockville trip

One elevator down so it took a bit to leave & get back up. Half the place ac worked great but durring the day the other half were very warm. Luckily we did a 4 day festival & by the time we got back after mimidnight they were cooled off.

Everything was perfect

This property is on the 14th floor and has Windows all around facing west. The views were beautiful which you could see while lying in bed in either bedroom. It was spotless updated and everything was functional. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing condo with friendly locals

This condo was great! Right in the beach with a heated pool and a hot tub! Our family had an amazing time here. Our host was great, and was always just a text away if we had any questions. We found a great seafood spot a few miles south,The Racing North Turn, that I highly recommend! We will definitely stay here again!

Peck Plaza never disappoints

We stayed at this lovely condo and had a great time! Our agent and property manager were very nice and helpful. Rooms were cleaned and orderly. Place was ready when we arrived and someone came with our keys and helped us up to the room. The views are amazing and the property is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Easy Beach Access

I was concerned about traveling to the Daytona area due to the hurricanes. This location is wonderful! The condo's beach access was not destroyed, the heated pool was not damaged, and the property was in a wonderful location! The condo was just as described and we had a wonderful vacation with no issues at all.

Great Vacation!

We had such a great time! The windows throughout the condo were so nice, we could see the sunrise from one side of the condo, and the sunset from the other side. If I had advice for the owners, I would suggest more towel racks. The pool deck is amazing and we spent most of our days on the pool deck and on the beach.

Fair but wouldn’t stay again.

We looked specifically for a VRBO with a working pool. The majority of beachfront’s have damaged pools and decks from the hurricanes. This listing specifically listed pool as being repaired in December of 2022. The rate was high but we wanted a pool. We were told there is underground parking, which was occupied when we arrived. One of the first things we found out when we arrived on Saturday was that the pool was closed for repairs until Wednesday. Low and behold their p.a system announced on Friday at 5:30 pm the pool was open but to avoid the areas still under repair, be we were reassure that the repair guy was working hard! The building is old, elevators were half working, toilets were slow, showers didn’t drain well, as budget as possible in the kitchen. There is a pumping room down the hall that revs up and down day and night, it’s loud and we could hear it all night. You do get used to it after 4-5 days. They are selling the unit we stayed in so I can see they are just pushing people through until it sells. Only if they had a cash in hand buyer would we have to get out part way through our stay to show the place. Generally it would be worth $150.00 a night for a place like this. For the positive, the view from our condo was beautiful. I did ask for a discount for our stay and was told the agent would reach out to the owner, but heard nothing.
