Pelican Walk 406 is a BEAUTIFUL Beach Front 2 bedroom - 2 bath condo in Panama City Beach! The view and proximity to the beach is ideal! Located on the 4th floor and the steps to pool and beach are just outside your door! Unit 406 is great for small families or couples traveling together that want double the space of a 1 bedroom. Pelican Walk 406 comes with FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella service on the beach March through October! Imagine yourself enjoying your morning coffee or evening wine on the balcony overlooking the emerald green water of the Gulf. The view will blow you away!

The primary bedroom has a king size bed with adjoining private bath. The second bedroom has two twin size beds and adjoining bath. Upon request a Pack-n-play, twin size cot, or a queen size blow-up air mattress is available for additional guest(s). The fully equipped kitchen and dining area seats offers spectacular views of the Gulf and seats 6 guests at the table or three people at the breakfast bar. The living area has reclining swivel chairs, leather furniture, and smart TV's. There is also a washer & dryer in in the condo. FREE Wifi and FREE Parking! Available by request we have a portable baby crib, highchair, twin size cot and queen size blow-up mattress.

Nestled on the quiet end of Thomas Drive and close to St. Andrew's State Park, Pelican Walk is one of Panama City Beaches most beautiful condominium complexes. This two bedroom unit is located in the center of the complex and features two bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms! The expansive living room, kitchen, and dining areas overlook the Gulf of Mexico with floor to ceiling windows. The spacious balcony is ideal spot to watch sunsets and dolphins swimming in the Gulf.

Very close to all the restaurants we like. The only drawback was they were doing repairs to condos near us which made it noisy during the day. It was only during the day so it didn't interrupt our sleep or evenings. We would love to come back and stay here again.

Great last second find.

After losing our previous property (new owners) we had booked until 2 days prior to arrival. We located this condo last second. The booking staff was quick to call and confirm the booking (with in 10 minutes), it was an easy process. The condo when we arrived was clean and had a wonderful view. All of the beds were comfortable the kids loved the upgraded large TVs. The property it's self was well taken care of and the staff was polite when passing by. This property was outside our normal rentals (smaller facility in a quite area) but we really enjoyed it, we hardly noticed it being in a busy area. Thank you for allowing us to visit.

Stop expecting renters to do half the cleaning!!! The room also needs blinds repaired and light bulbs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy entry. All the communication needed through email for check in. Unit 406 is in the center of the building- great gulf views! Kids loved the pool. We slept 6 comfortably here. 3 adults, 3 kids. AC could have worked better. 1/2 elevators are down all summer- which made long waits at elevators or using stairs the whole trip. They did communicate this ahead of time however. They did NOT communicate that there would be construction happening on rooms throughout the day which made it very unpleasant staying in the room, or even at the pool. You could hear drilling for HOURS.

Great Vacation Family of 5 in a 2 bedroom

Anchor management did an amazing job offering us multiple condo options to switch to. We settled on 406. Condo 406 was very clean and in a great location. Beach front views and not too high that we could take the stairs whenever we wanted to head down to the beach. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and in working order. The two reclining chairs were so comfortable as well. The couch does not fold out into a sleeper, however Anchor Management brought up a nice blow up mattress with sheets for us to use. The balcony furniture could use some updating but it didn't bother us that much. Overall condo 406 was very nice and we hated we had to leave.
