Pet Friendly! Beach Front condo, right on the Gulf! You will have so much space in our 1650 sq ft 2 bedroom - 2 bath condo! you can even bring your PUP to the BEACH! Pelican Walk HOA charges a $150 non-refundable pet fee for each dog. There is a two-dog maximum per condo and a 20lb limit per dog. As a THANK YOU for booking Pelican Walk 1005, included is FREE Beach Chair and Umbrella service seasonally March through October! *Valued at a $50 per day savings vs renting them through the beach vendor on the beach.

Pelican Walk Unit 1005 is a 10th floor corner unit condo with breathtaking views and wrap-around balcony that sleeps up to 8 people! All NEW furniture & decor added in 2025 in the living & den areas with 2 NEW sleeper sofas and a massaging recliner! There are KING beds in both the primary ocean front bedroom and the guest bedroom with adjoining bathrooms. The two bathrooms are generous in size and have been renovated with custom tile showers and granite top vanities. The kitchen has custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the condo. The wrap around balcony gives you a million dollar view of the can almost see Shell Island! Enjoy the view while sitting on NEW all weather furniture! It is the perfect spot to relax and watch the sunrise in the morning and take in the sunset over the Gulf in the evening!

Pelican Walk is located on East end of Panama City Beach on Thomas Dr. close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusement parks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All within a 2 mile radius! Guests staying at Pelican Walk have numerous amenities; FREE WiFi, FREE Parking, private beach access, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, pickleball, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, grilling areas, and more!

Pelican Walk has dedicated staff located on-site that are more than happy to help you and your family have a fun, relaxing, memorable beach vacation!
Pelican Walk Pet Policy:
- 20lbs or under per dog
- 2 dog maximum per condo
- Pet fee $150/per dog

Only rental units that are designated “Pet Friendly” will allow animals. The Pelican Walk Owners Association charges a non-refundable "pet fee" of $150.00 per pet. *All Pets must be fully housetrained! Guests must have pet occupancy approved at the time of booking. Please provide weight and breed of dog to be added to the reservation. Guests that have a qualifying service animal must request accommodations at the time of booking.

Relax at the coast

One of our most relaxing vacationsCondo is great… but there is an add smell when entering. Like stale, or moisture. We dealt with it fine with air freshener… but may want to have a look at hvacThanks for a wonderful stay!!

It was especially nice to have shade on the balcony at different times of the day. The TV worked great and we could watch Netflix. Also we liked having two sitting areas in the living room. The condo was clean. Definitely planning on staying there again. Also it meant a lot to be able to bring my little dog.

Reviewer Comments: First let me say this was by far the best location to the beach we’ve ever stayed in. The layout of the condo was great, plenty of room for us and our son. The balcony was nice and big, looks right onto the ocean, and beach. Same with the kitchen. There were some things that could use a little help. First thing we noticed when we walked in was there was a bit of a musty smell, bought air fresheners at the store to try to combat this. The floors still had sand on them, barefoot feet ended up with bottom of our feet dirty. The ceiling fan in master bedroom could not be on any speed but low, the sound actually woke us up the first night. Just some overall updates, including the master bedroom comforter, just really hot in that room. Again, we loved the location and would consider staying again if some things were fixed/updated. ~ Robin

Great view, could use some updates.

Location, view, and ease of access to the beach were amazing. Outside terrace is relaxing. Upon arrival, closet door to primary bedroom was hanging by hinge. Maintenance was asked to repair but only took it away. Also, the property had one working elevator as the other elevator was not working. This led to back ups and wait times to get to the 10th floor. Inside, the furniture is outdated and needs to be replenished. All furniture appears as listed but is old. Seats lack padding and are worn out. Beds were hard. It was obvious the cleaning between guests was kept to bare minimum. It is evident this condo was refreshed in the early 2000s and is again in need of an update. Would stay in the area again but not this building or unit.

The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need for your stay. Super big balcony and gorgeous views. Our only complaints are that most of the furniture is outdated and needs to be replaced. The second bedroom is the only exception. The A/C needs to be cleaned because there is an order. Regardless, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our week & anniversary.
