Welcome to the Penthouse Loft Retreat! This top (3rd) floor lofted condo has been newly renovated, sparing no expense. Close to all amenities, you will experience how the locals live! A large living space and private roof top patio is waiting for you!

Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Victoria, a 10 minute walk to Victoria’s famous Inner Harbour. Many amenities are at your fingertips, such as restaurants, coffee shops , bakeries, transportation, convenience stores, and theatres.

Guest Access
As our guests, you will always be greeted in person when you check in, so that we can familiarize you with the condo, building and surroundings. We hope you feel welcome and that you settle in comfortably. We provide milk, bread, fruit, coffee, tea, jam & butter so that you'll have all the fixin's for breakfast for your first morning. We provide many other amenities in suite that most other vacation rental providers do not. Attention to detail is what you will find when you stay in the Penthouse Loft Retreat!

The Space
Located in the Vogue Building, a restored heritage building in 2006, boasts 25-foot ceilings, exposed brick & original heritage fir beams. Three large windows invite natural daylight throughout the main living area and upstairs loft.

Over 1000 square feet of living, the entire condo has been upgraded! There is plenty of space in the kitchen to create gourmet meals, our dining table seats up to 6 comfortably, and the living room is perfect for relaxing after a fun day of sightseeing. There is a full size desk / office area on the main floor, if you're coming for a work related holiday or simply a place to set up your laptop, it's the perfect space! We even provide a Samsung tablet to use during your stay. The master bedroom with KING SIZE BED is very spacious, with tons of storage. And your private rooftop patio is a perfect addition for warm spring, summer & fall evenings! You will immediately have a feeling of your "Home Away from Home".

The Penthouse Loft Retreat is situated in the heart of Victoria Bordering Oldtown / Chinatown, steps away from the city's best restaurants, coffee shops, brewpubs, theatres, and nightclubs. This is also the center of the festival district featuring free concerts and events on your doorstep almost every day in the summer. The Inner Harbour is just down the street, and Victoria’s gorgeous beaches are a scenic half-hour walk away.
