Newly renovated with high end appliances, fixtures, and furniture. Perfect for family and group trips. This home is located in San Pedro and has a gated private back yard, Hot Tub, BBQ grill, fire pit and plenty of seating. Conveniently only a short distance to the Waterfront Marina, Los Angeles Cruise Center, and Fish Market.

San Pedro has a free hop-on hop-off Red Trolley! You can also take an Uber ride or grab a public scooter.

Parking is available in the driveway for two cars. Street parking is also free, but please make sure you pay note to the street sweeping signs posted.

Please note an incidental hold may be placed on your method of payment. This hold is only for damage protection and will be released back to the same payment method after checkout provided the property is left in the condition it was found.
1. Quiet hours are 10 pm-8 am no exceptions.
2. No smoking is allowed inside or with doors open and please clean up after yourself. Smoking is only permitted outside. Any smoke damage costs including odor are the guest’s responsibility.
3. Guests are limited to the number disclosed on the reservation. Please make sure you have registered all guest staying.
4. Please do not cross over through the neighbor`s driveway.
5. If the BBQ grill is used please leave it cleaned. Please turn the propane off immediately when not in use for both the BBQ grill and fire pit.
7. No pets, please.
8. Please turn the AC and/or heat off when you leave the house and keep all doors and windows closed when it`s on

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Modern San Pedro home! The kitchen came well stocked with all the needed pots, pans, utensils, and quality large and small appliances. The adjoining living and dining areas were quite large with comfortable seating and furnishings for all. The master bedroom bath is “high end” with everything and more than expected and all bedrooms were well appointed. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of all rooms and our host, Ashley, went above and beyond communicating with us throughout the entire reservation to departure process. The many TV’s and hot tub in the back yard were big hits with our teenage grandkids!

We stayed here as an extended family to be close to a surprise birthday party for my brother who lives in PV. It was an easy drive back and forth, the place was spotless and spacious, and the back patio was really enjoyable. We spent some time on the front balcony as well. The kitchen is uber-equipped too. The beds were very comfortable. Ashley was an excellent host with detailed and clear communication. We would definitely stay here again!

Check in was seamless. House was well maintained and immaculate. I’m from the area so everything I needed was very accessible. Host has gone out of her way to make this visit to San Pedro enjoyable. Parking was terrific. Room for a ton of people if you’re traveling with a large group. Primary bathroom was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much. We’ll be back soon.

This house was very beautiful, great host, and overall amazing.

This place was the perfect place for a family. It was fully equipped, and really beautiful. The host was so great with us. She was always available for communication, and really welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Great place to stay in the Long Beach Area

The property was just as described. Nice neighborhood and the amenities were exactly as described. Communication with the owner was great. If you are going to stay in the Long Beach area this is a nice little hidden gem. Will definitely book again if I need a stay in the area.

Amazing Home!!!

The Home was an absolute amazing experience we all enjoyed our stay to the fullest, me my friends and family had more than enough room to be with each other and enough space to have time to ourselves. Host was extremely helpful and kind there were some issues with getting check in info but the host fixed that issue in quick time so there’s no need for lose of stars, highly recommend this home for a stay!!!

A Modern Home

Everything about the home was beautiful, but the floors were so dirty. By the time we unpacked, our feet were covered in dirt/dust, very disappointing.

Nice place

Great communication with owner, check-in and out process incredibly simple. Great size home for our party of 6 (4 adults 2 kids), beautiful kitchen. My 4 year old loved the bunk beds, and having a baby bassinet was very helpful. Lower level had a bit of a musty odor but I think it was just from being closed up and AC off between rentals as it lessened the more we were in and out. Neighborhood seemed ok, not the best but not unsafe, but it was a great location for us as we had to drive to/from Palos Verdes several times for a wedding. Got to check out the Cabrillo aquarium just a few minutes away which the kids loved. Overall great place for what we needed.

I’ll just give you some feedback because honestly I would rate it a 3ish. The hot water was an issue. Also I know I read a sign inside that said something about “weak plumbing” and I agree. There are two showers upstairs and the one onthe left ONLY got scolding hot (except when the hot water ran out)…also my wife took a bath one day and when she let the water out it smelled SO HORRIBLE that I gagged and refused to even go in that back in the bathroom for the rest of the stay. I took my showers downstairs. Also speaking of the downstairs shower, I think future guest would like it better if the soap dispenser was on the same side as the water. My wife was giving the kids baths and had to go from one end to the other and keep closing and opening the Glassdoor (small problem so maybe nobody has ever said anything about it.). All in all I doubt I would stay there again because of those issues on top of it being a somewhat spotty area. I was awakened to a police chase through the neighborhood, tires screeching etc. was up for a couple of hours paranoid about my family’s safety.Property management doesn’t want me to post this but I think people should know for sure what they get into. Especially if you are a family.

San Pedro is one of those places that feels like a hidden gem in Los Angeles. It has the charm of a small coastal town, with the energy of the city just minutes away. I love how the harbor gives it a unique character, you can watch ships come and go, stroll the waterfront, or catch some of the freshest seafood around.

The community here is diverse and welcoming, with a mix of artists, families, and longtime locals who really give San Pedro its soul. There’s always something happening, from art walks to live music.
