The home features central AC and heat throughout, fresh paint, a brand-new kitchen, new flooring in the common areas, and beautiful white shutters on the windows. The spacious living room offers zoned recessed lighting, comfortable seating, and Smart TVs for relaxing at home. A separate dining room features a six-person dining table, perfect for meals together.

Accommodating up to six guests, the home features three fully furnished bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, while the third offers two twin beds.

Step outside and enjoy the cool coastal air from the covered patio. For added convenience, the property features keyless entry, allowing guests to access the home using their own unique code. Exterior Ring security monitoring provides additional peace of mind while maintaining guest privacy inside the home.

Because we want your stay to be as convenient as possible, each reservation includes three complimentary one-time starter kits featuring brand-new, unused products:

Toiletries Kit: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and two toothbrushes.

Hot Beverage Kit: Six water bottles, coffee filters, a starter supply of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.

Cleaning Kit: Disinfectant wipes, glass cleaner, all-purpose cleaner, toilet bowl cleaner, 20 kitchen trash bags (13-gallon), dish soap, a sponge, starter laundry detergent, six rolls of toilet paper, and six rolls of paper towels.

Important Booking & Lease Requirements

Once preapproval is granted, guests will have 72 hours to provide a valid government-issued photo ID for every occupant age 18 or older and a signed lease agreement from every occupant age 18 or older. All required documentation must be received before the reservation can be finalized.

Special note regarding pets and electric vehicles: If you will be traveling with a pet or plan to charge a plug-in electric vehicle at the property, please notify the Host and obtain approval before signing the lease. These items must be approved and included in the lease prior to signing, and additional fees will apply.
