Only 4 miles from Glen Eyrie Castle and Garden of the Gods main entrance. Easy access to the Air Force Academy, Cave of the Winds, The Cliff Dwellings and Manitou Springs.

After a long day adventuring, treat yourself to one of Colorado's local treats, Josh & John's Ice cream (only 100ft away) with adjoining amenities such as Local coffee (Pike's Perk), Papa Murphy's, Subway, Liquor and Walgreens.

Other things to note:
There are portable air conditioning units available in each bedroom.
Most homes on the West side of Colorado do not have central A/C due to the climate and lower humidity levels.


Laundry room is in the basement but there is also professional laundry and dry cleaning available in the adjacent shopping center.


**Advertised 7 guests but please note: not suitable for 7 adults. One of the upstairs bedrooms has 3 twin beds—a bunk bed type arrangement—super cool, yet not ideal for multiple adults. Any adult could sleep on the lowest bed, but the upper bed has a max weight of 140lbs and side bed max of 100lbs.
