This cute little one bedroom one bath unit can sleep up to 4 guests. The bedroom has a king bed and there is a pullout sofa in the living room. This unit is minutes from downtown Pensacola and just a mile from the main gate of NAS Pensacola. Navy point boat ramp is 1/4 miles from this unit and we can accommodate boat parking. Pensacola Beach is about 20 minutes away and Perdido Key beaches are about 25 minutes. Come enjoy another beautiful day in paradise with us.

Ideal for a Budget-Friendly Getaway

I recently stayed at this cozy one-bedroom VRBO cottage, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. While the neighborhood might not be the most picturesque, it is more than acceptable for the price point, and the value you get is certainly worthwhile. Upon entering the cottage, I was greeted with a clean, well-decorated space, which is always my top priority when choosing a rental. The retro fridge adds a touch of charm to the kitchen, and the entire place has a quaint, inviting vibe. Though a bit older, the bathroom offers a reliably hot shower, which I appreciated. The cottage is well-equipped with all the necessary toiletries, and the towels provided are soft and good quality. The little welcome items (dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and soap) were a thoughtful touch. Although the property doesn't have central AC, the window AC units kept the space nice and cool upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The temperature inside was just right, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the exterior landscaping could use some sprucing up, the property does feature a barbecue pit, which might be a nice bonus for some guests, even though I didn’t use it myself. Despite the initial concerns about the neighborhood, the cottage itself stands out as a clean and comfortable retreat.

So cozy and nice

This place was honestly so beautiful on the in side and the property owner was so nice and understanding. I had an amazing experience with this property and it made my vacation even better.

Michelle and Jody Bentley combined two of their passions, the love of people and the love of real estate and created Screaming Reel Properties. With their passion for creating beautiful homes and getaways coupled with their love of people and making them happy. They decided to venture into the world of vacation rentals. So, they took two tiny one bedroom apartments and opened the doors to their new adventure. Those two tiny apartments quickly grew to what is now 25 houses, apartments, and condo's in Pensacola, and Fort Walton Beach. But the dream did not stop there! They brought in the family. Today's Screaming Reel Properties is now run by the entire family. Brother Cary and his wife Debbie joined the team in 2021 to make it a true family business we also have some of the kids out taking care of things as well. And They will all be looking forward to sharing another Beautiful Day in Paradise with you!
