When staying at Woodchuck Cabin, you will be close to all of Summit County's playgrounds in a short drive or walk, ski resorts, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and more.
The single-family property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood.
The home offers parking for 3 cars, including one-car garage space and surface parking, fenced outdoor space, and all the essentials to make your stay comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are on the main level, 2 of the beautifully appointed bedrooms are on the main level, and the primary bedroom is upstairs. The main level bedroom has a queen size bed, 2nd main level bedroom has two twin-size beds, and the primary upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and an extra twin-size mattress if needed. There are two full bathrooms, one on the main level and the other in the primary bedroom. A full-size washer and Dryer are located upstairs adjacent to the primary bedroom. There are two flat-screen TVs, and there is WiFi internet; not that you will need them because you will probably be out of the house enjoying all of the hiking, biking, fly fishing, white water rafting, tennis, golf, rock climbing, sailing, skiing, snowboarding, shopping and all of the other outdoor adventures that you can imagine. So please come and enjoy all that Colorado and our home offer.

During a birthday ski trip in 2018, Jon purchased this cozy house that met all of his needs, beautiful views, open space out the back, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, a deck, a fenced yard, and a garage. The house is in a perfect location in Silverthorne hiking out the door, 20 min. to Keystone and A-Basin, 10 min. to Copper, 30 min. to Breckenridge & Vail.
