Great condo

The condo is beautiful. The king size bed is extremely comfortable! The wall to wall glass doors overlooking the ocean were perfect. The balcony was huge, sheltered with plenty of seating. The shower was luxurious. Will definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Long Beach for nearly 10 years and never had an issue. Unfortunately this condo was a disappointment. Not only is there mold everywhere including the fridge but the place had barely been cleaned. We felt gross being there & we are now feeling sick. On top of all that they gave us half a roll of paper towels and one trash bag to last us the entire week.

She responded anytime I needed. Bed was huge and VERY comfortable! We will definitely book with you next year again! Pineapple willys is within walking distance on the beach. Great location.

Incredibly Disappointed!

The unit was clean and in a great location. That is the end of the good news. The kitchen was inadequately stocked. No pot holders, one microwaveable glass dish, not enough plugs, etc. the patio sliding door was almost impossible to open. The freezer didn’t work and caused the loss of all the food we put in it. No ice maker for four days. I would text the property number and usually did not get a reply. All this and it was our 50th anniversary! What a terrible 4 days of frustration and irritation. And our stay for 4 days, after all the fees, was over $2,000. We got robbed. A 50th anniversary should be special and instead we got especially bad.

We normally have our whole family with us and reserve a bigger condo, but with only the two of us this time, this one bedroom condo was great. There was a leak from the sink when we got there, but after contacting them through text (with less than a 10 minute reply) they had someone there the next morning with a quick repair. The reply time when we needed to contact them was amazing and fast. We would definitely recommend this condo to others!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THIS condo is the best in PCB, hands down!! It has ALL you need to stay as long as you want. The large king bed is SUPER comfortable, there are plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, a large washing machine and dryer (so you can come home with clean clothes!), and an awesome walk in shower with several settings. It is our absolute go to place in PCB! The balcony has a high table where we eat early breakfast enjoying the ocean and dolphin views and a late dinner watching the gorgeous sunset each night. The kitchen has everything you need to make all your meals! The large refrigerator will keep everything super cold and the freezer includes an ice maker! We stayed here for 10 days and wish it was for a month!! The TV's had everything ready to log into your apps and shows and also cast from your phone. This is our 8th year in PCB and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else!!

Loved the condo

The condo was beautiful and nicely decorated, patio furniture was new and comfortable. The only issue we had was the dryer went out on our first day and we were unable to get another one in until the last day so we just asked that they wait until we checked out. The new dryer is ready to be installed so I’m sure it will be fixed soon and they did compensate us for the hassle and even offered an extra night stay but the weather wasn’t going to be great so we declined. Overall I’d absolutely give it another stay.

Great One Bedroom

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. We have stayed in other one bedrooms in Longbeach and this is our favorite.

Long Beach Resort

The condo is great. Clean, equipped with nice kitchen. Bathroom with great shower. Contact person for this rental was helpful but not very organized. I had to call, send texts to get door access code several times. No parking pass waiting on arrival. Guard security was not happy about this. Contacted person, she and another brought a pass 2nd day. I was on balcony, husband in shower and one of the two women entered the condo and put pass on counter. We had no idea anyone had entered the condo. We were available by text or call. It was unsettling. I received no instructions about departure. It was a less organized than what I am accustomed to or expected. I am Less confident we will be a return client because of this.

Elevator problems

For about 24 hours the elevator was miss functioning. Had to use the stairs a couple times. Not good when staying on the 11 floor

Beautiful Unit With Responsive Property Manager

And really, what more could you ask? But I will elaborate. And you can tell from the pictures, which accurately depict this unit as of Fall of 2023, the unit is stylishly and tastefully furnished and decorated. Everything within the unit is good quality and it is fully equipped. Nothing is missing and there are no surprises. Communication with the manager was timely and thorough. All in all, a wonderful experience and I would not hesitate to rent this specific unit again. The only caveat I would add is that sometimes guests in Tower One complain about the crowds and the noise on the beach directly in front of the tower due to the unaffiliated high density tower immediately to the east. I can't speak to that issue since I was there in October and crowds were not an issue. In fact, for me the location was a positive since it was a closer stroll from Tower One over to Pineapple Willies for food and drink. And by the way, while October at the beach may seem counterintuitive to some, I would highly recommend it! Weather was great, crowds were practically non-existent.

On the Beach..

This was an October short visit to PCB for my wife and me. We arrived fairly late in the day with gps directions taking us directly to the staffed, gated entrance with ample parking inside. Referring to the very detailed email Palua from Salty Life Vacation Rentals had sent, we had no issues entering the property and accessing the room. Entering we found the suite to be exactly as pictured and described, with nice furnishings and decor. Not mentioned in the ad I responded to, was a washer/dryer in the outer portion of the double vanity bathroom with the inner portion housing a nice, large walk in shower with a very moderen look and feel. The kitchen was well equiped with everything needed to prep and dine in for the duration of our stay. Both the main room and the bedroom include sliding doors to the extra large balcony. The main room sliding door was really hard to open, but the bedroom slider opened with no issue. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The only way to be closer to the beach than this is to stay on a lower floor - but you'll give up some of your view. One of the two elevators was not working but it didn't matter as the one in service seemed always avalible. I was suprised at the number of people on the waterfront for this time of year and thought it might affect our sleep time. However the room was peacefully quite. We really enjoyed our stay here and I would expect that you would also.

Beautiful condo

We’ve stayed at Long Beach resort for the last 5 years because we love the resort so much. This condo will not disappoint! It’s in the first tower on the 11th floor and the view is amazing we will defiantly be back! We had a great stay! And Salty life vacation rentals is a great company to work with we would defiantly rent from them again!

Awesome PCB Getaway!

We had an AWESOME time in PCB at this fabulous condo! Everything is as pictured, shower was FABULOUS, lots of cooking wear, very comfortable bed & pillows, gorgeous balcony, and lots of extras! Washer & dryer were perfect to go home with clean, dry clothes. The views of the sunsets were spectacular and we loved the table on the balcony for early morning breakfast & ocean views! Paula has excellent communication. This is the place to stay in PCB!! Can't wait to go back!!
