Shore Is Heaven is the DIRECT oceanfront oasis you deserve in North Topsail Beach! We consider guests family, we work hard so our guests can relax and enjoy making family memories year after year! Your reviews are our BIGGEST compliment. More beach time, less dragging stuff out to the beach to get the perfect spot. Sit in the shade at our oceanfront tiki bar and enjoy a cold drink from the built in cooler, crank up the tunes and watch the waves roll in.

No more arguing about who gets the ocean front room, all 4 bedrooms have ocean views with deck access. Surf City is a short drive away and Seaview Pier is just next door if you love to fish or just love watching others fish.

Guests will receive a door code the day prior to their stay that will be activated at 4pm the day of check in and will deactivate at 10am on the day of check out.

Shore Is Heaven was just that!

Great vacation for the 6 of us! Location was amazing. House was very well kept, stocked with loads of amenities and was comfortable for all of us. Access to the beach was fantastic and the tiki bar area was such a blast (and welcomed relief from the sun when needed). Owner was super responsive and helpful. She made things very easy the whole way through.

Family Thanksgiving with our Marine

This place was so beautiful. It had such a homie feeling. It was a great place to spend with the entire family. There was everything there needed to make a Thanksgiving dinner. The neighbors are very nice. Such a peaceful place to stay. We definitely will be back again. we had a few game nights with the games they had there. It was a lot of fun.

Fall Family fishing trip

Great Location for us! Beach access and the pier next door. House was perfect for our group. We spent alot of time on the top floor and had space for all. Kelly is attentive and really strives for her guests to have a good stay. As a side note, I was impressed with the breakfast at the Seaview pier (walking distance). The only thing I would strongly recommend is providing a grill. Nothing is better than fresh caught fish but I am very reluctant to cooking them inside!

The best location

This is a beautiful home and the perfect location. Plenty of room for a big family gathering and the most gorgeous views! The owners are so friendly and helpful! We highly recommend staying at Shore is Heaven. So lovely!

Everything you need

What a lovely property with so many personal touches. I definitely overpacked! If you need something - it’s there. Just take your bathing suits and sunscreen. The outside living is incredible because of the oceanfront, but the decking options elevate it even more. We loved the tiki bar and kept it stocked. We ate dinner at the large outside table every evening. Public beach access isn’t close, so the direct beach was pleasantly not crowded. The family room had generous seating and the sofas were so so comfortable. The decor was very pleasant and not overdone “beachy.” The mattress in the upstairs primary wasn’t my favorite, but it wouldn’t keep me from returning. Be sure to visit the pier next door - incredibly kind staff! Also, the lighting on the pier is SO pretty at night. Last - the host is great, incredibly quick to respond, problem solve, and make local suggestions. Fantastic stay for our family!

This is the second time we stayed here and both times have been amazing! We love the location! The house is set up perfect for a comfortable stay and Kelly was very helpful. We had to change our dates and she quickly changed those for us and kept us up to date on everything that was happening while we were there! Will definitely stay again!!

Truly Heaven on earth

My husband and I stayed for a week at Shore is Heaven and the home was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed sunrise & sunset views, loved watching the dolphin families swim by daily, rented surfboards to surf, ate amazing seafood every day, walked the beach to collect seashells, and soaked in the peaceful sounds of the ocean waves. The home has everything you need and then some - books, games, throw blankets, a fully equipped kitchen, lovely sliding glass doors with screens, etc. Kelly was wonderful to work with and helped with recommendations for a handful of things. Even went above and beyond to get us a coffee grinder when she certainly didn't need to - a level of customer service and attention that is incredibly rare and lovely. If you are considering booking here, you won't regret it! It really is heaven.

Fantastic Stay

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. This was the perfect spot for our vacation. Kelly went above and beyond when we had a small hiccup with the AC units. I could not have asked for better treatment and concern from our host.

Wonderful beach getaway

We absolutely loved our week at Shore is Heaven. This is the most well appointed beach house we’ve ever stayed in - truly it has everything you could possibly need ranging from kitchen appliances to beach toys to beach chairs. The tiki bar and decks are perfect for relaxing in the morning and evenings and the beach location couldn’t be better. We were shocked at how much quiet beach space we had! Great location for getting to restaurants for dinner or takeout as well. We even saw dolphins every single day. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing Property with excellent views

I’m local to the area but had friends and family visit for the weekend and wanted to stay on the beach! This property is exceptional! The house is beautifully decorated, stocked with everything you need, and very clean! The views of the ocean from every room can’t be beat. The best view is out on the gazebo with an awesome surfboard table with a cooler for your drinks! Outside shower and faucet with hose makes going to the beach a breeze. And to top it off you couldn’t ask for a better host! I give this property 5 stars and highly recommend!
