Whether you’re lounging by the heated saltwater pool, enjoying late-night conversations under the lighted, covered patio, or unwinding in the spacious soaking tub, this 4-bedroom home is your ultimate getaway. Conveniently located near I-77, this peaceful haven offers easy access to Davidson College, Lake Norman, Charlotte, Charlotte Motor Speedway, and the US National Whitewater Center, giving you the perfect mix of activity and relaxation.
The Neighborhood
Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, this home is less than 0.4 miles from a park with a playground and trails—ideal for morning strolls or letting the kids burn off energy. You’ll love the serene atmosphere while being close to everything you need.

This home is thoughtfully designed to meet all your family’s needs:
Main Floor:
The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas ensure no one misses out on the conversation. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals. A private office on this floor includes a desk, monitor hookup, and a queen pull-out sofa bed, making it perfect for work or an extra sleeping space. You'll also find a half bath, laundry room, and coat closet here.
Second Floor:
Upstairs, you’ll find four spacious bedrooms:
Main Bedroom: King bed, crib, dresser, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, dual sinks, and a walk-in closet.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed, dresser, walk-in closet, and TV.
Third Bedroom: King bed, dresser, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a standing shower.
Bunk Room: Perfect for kids, this room features two bunk beds, a mini fridge, and a walk-in closet. Note: This room connects to the third bedroom, so tiptoeing might be needed if little ones are sleeping.
The hallway includes a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The Backyard – A True Oasis
Outside, the fun never stops. The large, heated saltwater pool and spa are perfect for splashing around or sunbathing on the ledge. The backyard also features:
A covered patio for outdoor dining—even in the rain.
A grill for delicious meals.
Lounge chairs and umbrellas to soak up the sun in comfort.

The driveway accommodates up to 6 cars (garage not available).

Bunk beds are designed for children only and have a weight limit of 150 lbs (top), 200 lbs (bottom), and 350 lbs total.
