Enjoy being able to see the city sky line from the property, a short Uber drive away to all that is downtown Nash!

You'll love love love exploring East Nash whether it's your first or hundredth time. We are so central to everything. Groceries, gas, beverage store, eateries, cafes, bars, shopping.. WALK to it all! Try our some of our local recs, you'll see why we love it oh so much here!

The Suite:

PacMan, Darts, Ring Toss.. warm up for the honey tonks in our Keepin It Country suite!

->Bedroom 1: twin bunk beds | 1 single bunk

->Bedroom 2: Queen memory foam bed

->Bedroom 3: Queen memory foam bed

->Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds

*all bedrooms have smart tvs, alarm clocks (who needs em tho, right??), noise machines for that extra comfortable sleep
*living area and select bedrooms have cable tv
*kitchenette's have the perfect mini kitchen for your stay including; an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge + most importantly.. a coffee maker:)
*both bathrooms are shower only, no tubs
*linens, towels, its all provided

East Nashville stay

The location in east Nashville is great. It’s easy to get downtown or explore around east Nashville. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and pillows. The only thing we missed was coffee. In working with the host we assumed the previous tenants took the coffee so the host delivered coffee on Saturday while we were out, so we’d have some for our last morning there. That was greatly appreciated!

Good location and Cleanliness but listing lacks accurate details and downsides

The location to downtown and cleanliness of the inside of the condo was the best part of the stay. The nostalgic games also added fun and laughter. The open spacious living room allowed for great hangout time. We wish we could have had one more comfortable chair or small couch. The info on the web however left out key details that may have deterred us from choosing this place. It is on the third floor with no elevator. The couch does not actually pull out. There are no extra linens. Each single bed had one very flat pillow. I would certainly recommend bringing your own from home. The soaps in the bathroom and kitchen were watered down instead of being replaced.

Our stay was great…until it wasn’t. We got there right at check in. The place was clean and comfortable. Around 4pm we could hear the people below us obviously drinking and preparing for a night out, no big deal at all for us. We left and walked a couple of blocks to Joyland for food then took our teens to a concert. We picked them up later that night around 11, were back by 11:30 and all in bed around 12:15. Around 3am the drunk people below us came back and decided it was ok to continue the party with loud music, excessive yelling, and what I’m guess was wrestling because there were loud boom noises and we could literally feel the floor shake. Since we knew we weren’t getting anymore sleep, we decided to leave and drive the 4 hours back home. I let the host know and was told that they were very sorry but there was nothing they could do since “it doesn't look like the noise level was above thresholds“. I have no idea how that’s possible to measure but I offered to send them a video I took where you can clearly hear the partying underneath us, but I never heard back after that. I unfortunately would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
