This condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The whole condo had been recently renovated I believe. The view from the lanai was magnificent, with the best sunset views. The condo’s air conditioner was already set to cool when we got there. The fridge was cold. The pool was so nice. We really enjoyed it, but the white sandy beach was right in front of the condo, if you wanted to sit in the beach. There were chairs and other beach necessities in the closet and the kitchen was all set up with nice appliances. The owner was very helpful when a storm took out the electricity and they got it up and running very quickly. You can’t go wrong here. Two TV’s. One in the living room and one at the end of the king bed. It’s adorable and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and we will be back. Thank you, Rick.

Family vacation

Property is absolutely gorgeous. The location is perfect. Glad you’re back up and running after the hurricane ,pool was in beautiful shape. The lobby and check-in was flawless. The wife and I had a fantastic time. We would definitely come back to stay. fourth of July fireworks from Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and surrounding amateurs were absolutely fantastic.GREAT property in my opinion.

The grounds are very well maintained and the unit we stayed in was fantastic! Our host Rick was super responsive. Owners have very tastefully decorated and have left everything a guest could want. Will definitely do this again.

Listing is exactly as described. Beautiful sunrises and amazing sunsets, well stocked kitchen and a closet full of beach gear. We truly appreciate that the owner supplies dish detergent, soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags among other kitchen items.

Very well appointed condo

This condo was terrific for our 4 week stay. The kitchen is well appointed, as we ate breakfast in everyday and used the grills for most dinners. We would recommended this condo for short and long term rentals.

Paradise Perfection!!!

The condo and view is absolutely beautiful. We have stayed in other units in EB&T. But this condo is absolutely perfect, everything is updated ..and CLEAN! (Pictures are spot on) Rick has thought of everything ...and was wonderful to rent from. The condo has literally Everything!...Including a beach closet with Nice beach chairs and all sorts of beach items ... It was one of the best places we have ever stayed ...and will definitely be returning !!!!!! Perfect Paradise

Oasis Amid the Mess

Unsure of what we'd find coming down so soon after the storms but Rick assured us we'd still have a good time and he was right. It helped being able to come back to such a comfortable place with everything we could have needed. That, along with a great view from the penthouse level, was just what we were looking for. We'd be more than happy to return to Ft. Myers Beach again in the future if we could stay here again. Thanks Rick.

The condo was nice. It would have been nice to have the bedroom TV work. We had to evacuate on Monday because of Milton. So, we never really had a chance to enjoy the condo.

Peaceful and Relaxing

This was our first time going to Fort. Myers beach, and the condo and the views we're awesome. The owner is very responsive if you have any questions. The condo is nice and clean and had anything you would need. Also, there's a closet filled with some beach chairs, umbrella and other stuff that you could use while being out on the beach. We will definitely be coming back down for our next vacation!

Perfect getaway to the beach!

I love when a vacation goes exactly as expected, and that’s how I’d characterize this experience! The condo was right on the beach, very clean, great gulf views, and beach necessities included (chairs, umbrella, cooler, noodles, etc). Happy to see Fort Myers coming back strong after the 2022 hurricane!,

Great place!

This property is still undergoing some restoration, as is the whole area, after hurricane Ian. There are minimal people around due to the area not being fully restored. The unit we stayed in (C PH7 )was well stocked with pretty much anything you would need for a beach stay. Beach chairs, umbrella, floats, and a small cooler just to name a few. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit the area.

When we arrived at the condo, it was perfect. Fantastic views from the balcony. You can catch the sunset over the ocean with a direct view and from the other end of the balcony. You can catch the sunrise over the bay. The property (grounds) in general, while still in recovery mode, had recovered from the hurricanes quite nicely. Overall, great property would highly recommend.

The VRBO was Beautiful!

since Hurricane Ivan, almost 60% of the Fort Myers Beach was destroyed. I saddens us that such devastation occurred. The wicked storms off the south west was a tremendous downfall...but the weather will not be controlled. Of the 10 days, we were fortunate to have 2.5 days of sun. The rest was filled with torrential rain, to the point where almost 8 inches fell in a matter of 24 hours...again, nobody's fault..But we still loved our apartment.

Beautiful Ocean View

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view. We would sit on the balcony in the morning to read the Bible and pray together. The vastness of the ocean reminds us of the wisdom and majesty of the Lord.We highly recommend this unit.Great host. Thank you Rick!

Wonderful Stay

My adult daughter and I had a wonderful stay. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The views from the penthouse lanai were fantastic. We would enjoy the sunrise with coffee in the morning and the incredible sunsets at the end day. We used the provided beach chairs and umbrella every day. This was our first visit back after Hurricane Ian. We weren’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised to see all the work that is being done on the island. There was work being done at EBTC during our stay however, it did not impact us except for 1 day when painting was occurring on the outside of the building. The communication with Rick, our host was great. He emailed to make sure we had everything we needed as well as keeping us informed on the work being done at the property. Can’t say enough good things about this property and Rick, our host. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Paradise

Another wonderful stay with such a beautiful view of Ft Myers Beach. This is our 4th time staying in this condo that has everything you need. It’s so tastefully done and a newly remodeled bathroom is fantastic! It’s amazing how well this property has recovered from hurricane Ian 1 1/2 years ago, the HOA has done a wonderful job getting this property up and running and looking so beautiful again, I was amazed, and the pool just opened a few week before we came too which my husband loved going for his early morning swim. New tennis & pickleball courts resurfaced. The only thing we missed was not having the shops and eating places open in Santini Plaza across the street and Pinchers, but there’s plenty of others places open to go eat! Lovely sunrise and sunset views too!
