Lovely apartment in a great location!David was a wonderful host, very friendly, accommodating, communicative, and quick to assist when needed. He even put up some Christmas decorations!Clean and comfortable, nicely stocked kitchen for spices, coffee, and staples. I cannot recommend enough - we will stay here again.

David is the perfect host. Perfect communication and wonderful recommendations for local food and things to do. The house is cozy and lovely. We would come back to this house in a hear beat!!!

My husband and I were very pleased with the accommodations. Duplex was very clean and supplied with everything needed for our weeks stay. David was very accommodating as we had asked for an early check in along with extending our original booking by 1 extra night. He also provided excellent suggestions for restaurants. Loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back if there is a need to visit the area again.

Perfect holiday

Thanks to David, we had a great holiday in Portland. Both bedrooms are very comfortable and suitable for family travel. It is about 15 minutes drive from downtown. The kitchen is well equipped and we feel as convenient as at home.

Everything you need

Dave met us at the door and was available via text messages our entire trip. The apartment is well stocked and the great touch was a bottle of wine, chocolates and flowers! Enjoyed our stay.

A Amazing Stay in Westbrook!

Me and my friends had a great experience in Maine. The house was perfect, clean & cozy. The check-in process wasn't stressful at all. The host was very accommodating and friendly. If I come to Westbrook again, I would definitely stay here another time!

Friendly and soooooo knowledgeable

Traveling Chef so the lovely mini kitchen served us well to make dinner. Decently stocked with an array of spices but best to check on what you need. Owners were extremely nice while offering many “foodie” ideas for our travels that were spot on. Clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay!

Kitchen fully stocked. Comfortable beds. Comfy little getaway. David is great at responding right away with any issues. Only negative review is it has portable air instead of central air, but honestly the ceiling fans are great.

I did not realize it was a duplex from the site description. The inside was nice, clean & comfortable. We were very thankful he let us bring both dogs. The outside property needs a lot of work, front screen door is missing the window/screen insert. Christmas lights (lit at night) in August a bit strange. Location is across from a machine/tool shop, fairly busy road. Overall, our 2-night stay was good.

Nice and clean apartment

We were very comfortable in this upstairs apartment. Bedrooms could use some mirrors as only one was in the bathroom. Overall good experience.

David was very friendly. He recommended a lot of different restaurants to eat at. The house was neat and clean. There were fresh flowers there when we arrived. David made us feel very welcomed.

Hope to stay again!

A very comfortable, well thought out space with two bedrooms, nice size bathroom and good small kitchen with room to sit around the table and everything needed to cook. The place was very clean, the host is very accommodating & helpful...very kind. Not fancy, but just fine for collapsing at the end of the day; beds very comfortable. (kitchen is obviously updated) Very quiet in evening, which is important to us!!

True Serenity

This place was perfect for our stay in Maine . The checkin was simple, the place was perfect size for my husband, myself, and our two teenage boys. The owner David was very accommodating, left beautiful flowers and thought of everything we could need to make our stay convenient. I loved having the kitchen, washer, and dryer available. The beds were comfortable and we all slept great. Thank you so much for making our vacation stress free and beautiful. ❤️

We enjoyed our stay but felt the photos were a bit deceiving from what was really there. We still enjoyed our trip, and the location of the unit. We loved it!

We are in the process of relocating to Maine and this property was the perfect base of operations for us. We stayed here for 2 weeks while we explored the Portland area. Location was fantastic! Very close to everything we wanted to do, but still with a lovely private backyard where our kids could play and run off some steam in the afternoons. Host David was delightful. He was always happy to share recommendations for things to do and even had us down for homemade blueberry pancakes one morning. So delicious! We could not recommend this home highly enough. :)

Clean and Well Provisioned

The location and privacy are superb. I'm are continually adding services. Currently the game room with 9' billiard table, pinball machine and piano are accessible by going around back. This too will change soon.

Although we're open to pets, we charge a larger cleaning fee as we steam clean carpets and upholstery afterward. We don't have pets so you don't need to worry.
