This property has a pool with a large outdoor patio and lounge area fit for a large group. We are located 10 minutes away from the Haulover and Surfside Beach and Sandbar. Wynwood, Brickell, South Beach is 20 min, Miami Arena, Marlin and Hard Rock Stadium 15 min, walking distance to many restaurants and bars.
The space
This Home is newly renovated, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with stainless steel appliances. Large living room and dining room area. Fenced property with front and back yards. Delightful pool to enjoy with sunlight all day long. Lots of entertainment for the children. Walking distance to Biscayne Blvd and Dixie Hwy business corridor with plenty of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Short drive to the beach and Highway access.

KITCHEN: fully stocked kitchen with all Stainless-Steel appliances, Coffee machine, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, microwave, oven, cutting board. DECAFFEINATED COFFEE AND TEA ARE PROVIDED.


BATHROOMS
All bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer.

CLEANING:
› Our property is professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
› Washer and dryer (detergent is not provided)

GARBAGE: The city of Miami removes garbage every Tuesday and Friday morning. We provide two garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house, we would appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied don’t even worry about it, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees.

PARKING: There are plenty of parking On and Off premises.

LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service and Pool cleaning comes once a week usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed.

PETS: Pets are not allowed.

HOSPITALITY SERVICES: Exotic cars can be arranged for rentals.
