“Poseidon” has been completed! At this time pets will be "considered". This new construction is located on a private lot on the north end of Cape San Blas. If you are familiar with the Cape the location is just across from Cone Heads at approximately mile nine and just south of the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. The private driveway which rambles through natural dunes, traverses a small bridge and terminates with an abundance of parking.
This plan includes features not available in other homes. Foremost on the list is privacy. This home is set among a large, natural and protective dune structure. To the west is the Gulf of Mexico, a quiet white sandy beach and the most glorious sunsets on the Gulf Coast. The home will include a large garage, elevator, private elevated pool, private boardwalk to the beach, spacious gathering areas and sleeping capacity for sixteen guests. There are three king private suites a twin room with ensuite and a top floor bunkroom with its own private bath. The professionally decorated interior will boast soft tones, natural textures and elevated finishes. This will be a home worthy of a magazine cover and ready to host your next family gathering.
Cape San Blas is a place where families come to relax, friends unite, and memories are made. This fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. The town of Port St Joe is a twenty-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and a full-service marina.
