Enjoy the lady Palm and everything that makes her special! This central home is cozy and gives off all the extra vibes with its separate outdoor spaces! The central location makes it the perfect option for those who want to be close to everything and do the most exploring! We are conveniently located 6 miles from Sarasota Airport and just 7 miles from beautiful Bradenton Beach!
We love Lady Palm for her outdoor spaces and garden vibes! This comfy little home packs a big punch with all the essentials to enjoy your vacation or extended stay.
This home is a duplex with two single family home structures. Lady Palm comes with her own driveway separated by Palm trees and all spaces associated with the home are private and for your enjoyment.
I love interacting with my guests! Travelers are my kind of people :) I`ll give you privacy if preferred but if I`m on site tending to the garden I`ll be sure to introduce myself and say hi! Feel free to message me for any recommendations - I want to make sure you have an amazing stay at lady palm and the Bradenton area.
The street is quiet, residential and extremely safe! There are some commercial buildings at the start of the street as Cortez Blvd (one of the main streets in bradenton) is our intersection. Noise level is minimal, it`s very peaceful at lady palm with everything at your fingertips!
You don`t need a car but I`d say it`s preferred! The airportis 6 miles from Lady Palm and the beautiful Bradenton beach is just a short 7 miles away.
This home is a duplex consisting of 2 single family structures. Lady Palm is incredibly private and the only time you may see your neighbor is when parking as the driveways are separated by some palm trees!
Please note the check in time is 5pm, however I will always send the check in as soon as the home is ready. Most times, I am able to send the check in around 3pm however It is never a guarantee. We will always try our best to get you in as early as possible.

Third-Party Bookings: If you’re booking on behalf of someone else, please let us know in advance. We’ll need their full name, phone number, and a valid photo ID before approval. While your own Airbnb account is verified, a third-party guest is not—so this extra step ensures safety and compliance for everyone. Many hosts do not allow third-party bookings, but we’re happy to accommodate them with proper verification.
Damages & Responsibility: Please treat the home with care during your stay. The booking guest is responsible for any damages, late checkouts, or additional cleaning required. This includes plumbing issues caused by flushing foreign objects, excessive toilet paper, or baby wipes. If a plumber is needed to remove a clog or restore service, the cost of that visit will be billed to you as damage reimbursement.
Pets: We love hosting furry friends! Please let us know before arrival so we can include the pet fee(s), which covers the extra cleaning care they require.
The fee is per pet—if you’re bringing more than one, we’ll manually request the additional fee after your booking is confirmed.
If a pet arrives unannounced or undocumented, a $300 fee will automatically apply after check-in.
Cancellations: This reservation is non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your plans in case something unexpected comes up.
Smoking: The home is non-smoking indoors. Smoking is welcome outside only—please use designated areas and dispose of butts responsibly. A minimum $500 fee applies for indoor smoke remediation.
Extended Stays (29+ Days): Stays over 29 days must be requested and approved in advance. We’ll require your photo ID, email address, and a signed lease agreement confirming your check-in and check-out dates.
No security deposit is required; however, there is a $365 private insurance cost that will be requested after booking.
Your reservation is not fully secure until the lease and ID are received.

Enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Neighborhood could use some clean up but street was quiet and people were nice. Could have used a few things in the kitchen. Namely ice cube tray (a few cubes were provided) better knives and bowl selection but had all the basics and everything worked well. No central AC so had to get used to hearing the units

Comfortable and convenient
My husband and I stayed at Lady Palm for two nights. The house is clean and modern with a large updated bathroom. The layout is quirky (which I like). Plenty of closet space for a longer stay. Having an outdoor space is important to us, and this property had outdoor space in front and a private area in back. The bed is comfortable and overall a relaxing home.
The property is located just off of a busy commercial street - good or bad depending on your perspective. We were in town on business, and found the location to be very convenient.
The check-in process was a breeze and communication with the manager was prompt. Wi-Fi is available. I would certainly recommend Lady Palm.
