The open great room is warm and sunny, with a panel of gulf-facing windows that let in ample sunlight. Tile floors, pale blue walls, and cozy appointments extend throughout the space. A caramel-colored leather sofa, matching loveseat, and two leather recliners make up the casual seating ensemble in the living room. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. A large, white drink table serves as the centerpiece of the seating arrangement. The setup faces a flatscreen wall-mounted TV above a credenza. The dining area includes a glass-topped table and six wooden chairs beside two large windows. Parchment-toned tile floors flow into the open kitchen with honey-toned cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a tiled backsplash. Three pendant lights hang above a kitchen island, and two saddle-topped wicker stools. Nearby, a full hallway bathroom includes a walk-in shower and laundry and serves as a convenient powder room. Glass doors lead from the great room to the covered beachfront veranda. Furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, this is the perfect spot to relax, dine with fellow vacationers, and watch the tide roll in. A set of stairs leads directly to the shores, making it easy to bury your toes in soft sand or take a saltwater plunge at any time.

Each of the condo’s bedrooms is sunlit and spacious, with vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows filtering in the natural light. The regal primary suite boasts a king-size bed with an intricately carved headboard and posts. Two armchairs at the foot of the bed face a flatscreen TV. A wall of sliding glass doors opens onto a gulf-front balcony, where you and your other half can enjoy beach views from sunrise to sunset. The primary bedroom’s luxury ensuite bath includes dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. The guest bedroom is appointed with cottage-style furnishings, giving it a relaxed feel. It has a king-size bed, TV, balcony access, and a private bath with double vanities and a tub/shower combo.
