Sunshine and waves are calling your name—which means it’s time for an Destin vacation. And Landon by the Sea in Miramar Beach is a beachfront condo that ensures ultimate relaxation when you visit. The low-rise condo complex creates a private and quiet environment for a lowkey vacation experience. Its convenient Gulf-front location, coupled with a breezy balcony that overlooks sugary shores make it the perfect beach getaway. With two bedrooms and two and one-half bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.

The interior of Landon by the Sea 3 has a laidback coastal look, featuring white tiled floors, muted olive-toned walls, decorative tropical art, and lots of natural light. In the living room, a cream-colored couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. A matching loveseat and two armchairs complete the cozy setup. The seating ensemble surrounds a white cocktail table and faces a flatscreen TV. A glass door opens onto a gulf-facing patio, with stairs leading directly to the beach. Feel free to enjoy an al fresco dinner on the balcony or head back inside to eat your meal at the glass-topped table in the dining area. Additional stool seating is provided at the adjacent breakfast bar, which is a great spot for serving drinks and appetizers. The open kitchen is spacious, with plenty of room to whip up savory snacks or tasty culinary delights. The kitchen has honey-toned wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.

Both bedrooms are on the second floor. The primary suite is perfection, boasting a raised king-size bed, vaulted ceiling, and atrium windows. Two green accent chairs sit at the end of the bed and face a large, flatscreen TV. Sliding glass doors open onto a private balcony that looks out over crystal sand and emerald waves. The ensuite bath includes dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. The guest bedroom provides accommodations for up to four people. It has a king-size bed, twin bunk, balcony access, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo.

Condo amenities include BBQ grills, complimentary seasonal beach service, and convenient beach access—it is literally steps away from your door. With only four residences within this complex, you can reserve one or more units, depending on the number of people in your vacation party!

In addition to the beach, this property is close to several local restaurants, including Whale’s Tail, Surf Hut, and Pompano Joes. Silver Sands Premium Outlets is a popular outlet mall that is only two miles away. Other nearby amusements include the Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard. Or, head a little further east or west to check out Destin’s HarborWalk Village of the cute coastal towns of Scenic 30A.
