Esta casa de playa está ubicada frente a dos casas frente a la playa y tiene múltiples vistas de la playa y el golfo. Desde la cubierta de esta casa hasta tener los dedos de los pies en la arena de la playa tomará aproximadamente 1 minuto. Esto se siente frente a la playa.

La casa es un diseño de marco A con estacionamiento debajo. El primer piso es el segundo piso con cómoda sala de estar con comedor, cocina y dos de las 4 habitaciones. Las habitaciones de la planta baja tienen un dormitorio principal con cama King y el otro dormitorio tiene una cama litera completa. Uno de los dos baños está en este nivel.

El segundo piso es el tercer piso con los otros dos dormitorios y baño. Segundo maestro de la historia tiene rey y otro dormitorio tiene cama completa y litera.

Feels like beach front

We have stayed in this area several times over the years but this was the first time at this house. It was fantastic. It has great beach access but it feels secluded. Staying right on the beach can make it feel like you're on "display" or something but being just off the beach like this was a welcome change. It also felt very secure. I take lots of fishing stuff and I never worried about anyone coming in a taking any of it. I would very much recommend this property to anyone wanting to save a few $$$ by not being directly on the beach because it does feel like you are directly on the beach. Jay was fantastic as always. He would do everything he could to make sure our trip was a good one. Thanks to Jay and Damon for making our trip great.

Beautiful location and comfortable property

Really enjoyed our week in this home!! Everything was as described, check in was super easy. The very best part is the proximity to the beach… I have stayed oceanfront where I had a longer walk to the sand. Ioved being able to walk to the provided chairs just for a cup of coffee if I wanted. House is nicely decorated as shown in the pictures. Easy bike ride to shopping and restaurants. Just lovely. I have bookmarked the house for future visits

Great Place

The house is perfect to enjoy the beach daily. The house is on the beach for me. I would just walk-out and 25 yards later I was sitting on beach chairs provided by the owner. The house was cozy with all necessary amenities. The owner was responsive and provided great advice about the area. My son left his tablet at the house and the owner ship it to us next week. I am grateful to have shared his home with us.

We enjoyed staying at your home. Great location, sits behind 2 other houses but still on the beach with a short walk down a path and your on the beach. The beach is beautiful with clear blue water and white sandy beach. Jay was great and had our beach chairs w/ umbrellas out every day. The house was very accommodating for our family, 7 adults, 2 kids and a dachshund (Tucker). Having the pool was such a bonus, we thought it was a private pool when we booked it but the owner's other 2 houses has access to it but they was rarely in it so it was great. I would recommend stocking the kitchen with baking pans but other than that it had everything we needed. We would defiantly stay at Riley's Roost again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great location and value

Loved being able to walk downstairs to the pool and only another 2 mins and you are on the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas were always awaiting us at the private beach which was very nice. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. There are a few upgrades that could be done to the property, but still felt like a great value for the location, privacy and pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation!

Location is the best thing about this beach house! Pool next to it and less than 25 yds to the beach. Home could use updates in bedrooms and bathrooms. Sheets on master downstairs had hole, bathroom floor dirty, kitchen faucet still leaking from last year. Property just needs a little more TLC. I’m sure it is a rental machine. Great property though!

Fantastic location!

We really enjoyed renting this house! The location to the beach (and everything else) is phenomenal. The house could use some updated kitchen items, but otherwise everything was great. Having Jay put out all chairs and umbrellas was amazing, one less thing to bring and have to worry about carrying down. We will be back!

Nice privacy

The location was perfect and it was nice that the beach area wasn't crowded at all. Pool and outdoor furniture were in great condition but I might suggest updating some of the inside furniture. Our family had a great time at this location and the owners were very responsive.

1st annual family time

Beautiful family vacation spot. The children loved the pool and short walk to beach. We also brought our 10 week puppy with us. Very enjoyable vacation spot👍🏻

Beautiful Property

We had such a wonderful time at this property. It’s owned and run by family who also owns two additional properties in the same location. This property sits back off the gulf but has several gulf views and is the only property with a pool. The other two properties are directly on the beach. One of the family members heavily involved is Jay. This property includes 4 chairs and two umbrellas set up daily and taken down by Jay. He is also full of information about the property and things to do in town. For an additional fee you can schedule a beach bonfire to watch the sunset. We did this and it was amazing. We also rented bikes from Endless Summer who Jay recommends. They were great and the bikes were high quality. From Riley’s Roost you can ride just about anywhere you’d want to go. We rode into downtown Rosemary Beach each day which has several shops and restaurants. It’s a beautiful area to enjoy dinner or drinks outside. We would absolutely return to this property.

Great everything

Location is amazing with a private beach and house was amazing. Was super easy to talk to the managers of the property and having chairs put out daily was wonderful. Will be going back next year. Only thing I would ask would be to change the mattress in the first floor master. It's lumpy and little uncomfortable .

Amazing location and hosts!

The set up was ideal! Having the pool right there was amazing for the kids, but also loved feeling basically like you were right on the beach. Also, having chairs and umbrellas set up for you each day was incredible-especially with young children in tow!

Awesome property and awesome management group.

We stayed here for 7 weeks and we will definitely be back. These folks are not your typical management company, they are long term owners that care and take very good care of you. We saw lots of folks that came through the other properties that are in this little commune and most had stayed with Kathy for years and had nothing but good things to say about her. Kathy, Damon, Jay and Bug are all awesome. We also enjoyed Berta and Matthew. We have been coming to the gulf coast for years and this has been the best. If your looking for a laid back beach vacation, you’ll love it.

My family has owned the piece of property since 1950 and I decided in 1978 to build a house on a piece of the property for a beach house. I later moved permanently to Florida and began renting the place.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Inlet Beach is one of the quietest beach's left in North Florida. There is a state park less than a half mile east of the property with large coastal dune lake. With its quiet location it is only 15 minutes from Pier Park, Panama City Beach and 25 minutes from Grand Blvd and the Village of Baytown Wharf at Sandestin.
