The unique boathouse rooftop deck is one of the home’s signature features, offering unobstructed lake views, full sun during the day, and a beautiful place to gather at night with drinks after enjoying a meal at the rooftop dining table. Just below, the private dock features chaise lounges for sunbathing, direct lake access when you’re ready to cool off, and wide-open views of the lake.

The spacious wraparound deck offers another beautiful gathering space with sunshine until mid afternoon and then becomes the perfect shaded oasis for appetizers, drinks, or dinner after a full day in the sun. For those looking for cooler relaxation, the Adirondack chairs and lakeside fire pit area offer shade throughout much of the day and a peaceful place to unwind in the evening.

Inside, the soaring great room brings the outdoors in with walls of windows, beautiful lake views, comfortable seating and an open layout for gathering with family and friends.
