House has access to a pristine, seldom-visited private beach, a truly magical place. High tide or low tide, adults can spend hours meditating here, while kids enjoy watching seals (and sometimes pups). In addition to the private beach, this pet-friendly cabin also has a verdant yard for your furry mates to roam freely.

House has a huge double deck. Sunny upper deck overlooks calming Pacific waters and lush foliage. A 4-seater al-fresco table is perfect for brunch. There are four rustic 6-seater wooden benches on the upper and lower deck, perfect for a relaxed BBQ dinner. The private hot tub is located on the lower deck, also with ocean view. You can access the spa by using the back staircase outside the dining room french doors leading to downstairs patio area.

The living area has vaulted ceilings and large picture windows that offer panoramic views. Interiors are bright and sumptuous, with luxurious double couches, TV and fireplace. While guests working from home can avail of the free Wi-Fi, kids can watch directTV, play board games, ping-pong and billiards.

The open-plan kitchen has wooden finishes and modern cabinetry. Stainless-steel appliances including 2 coffee makers, hot tea maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Countertop reverse osmosis system provided. Sip cocktails on the 3 wooden bar stools, or settle in for intimate family meals at the 8-seater wooden indoor dining table. There is an additional indoor breakfast table which seats 4-8 people for casual meals (ocean view).

* Private beach is located on the west side of the highway to the right of the property ((you can see the entrance from the deck). Cross Hwy 1 at your own risk. Same key opens both the drive and pedestrian gate.
* Driveway parking available for 5 vehicles.
* A 240V outlet is available for fast EV charging. Please bring your own adapter.
* A washer/dryer is included.
