Disfrutar de la vista desde ambos lados de esta muy bien decorado de tres dormitorios, dos baños, condominio primer piso. Desde el comedor ver las pistas de tenis, la recreación y la construcción del estanque artificial con las montañas de Franconia Notch de pie alto detrás. La parte trasera se enfrenta a un espacio precioso de césped y el río que fluye por.

Todo en un nivel Esto ofrece tres dormitorios cada uno con su propia televisión y dos cuartos de baño completo, así como un área de cocina, comedor y de estar con chimenea de leña. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio y la unidad de aire acondicionado. La segunda habitación tiene dos camas individuales y el tercer dormitorio un dormitorio de matrimonio y aire acondicionado.

Mientras que aquí disfrutar del Deer Park Club House con acceso a la piscina cubierta, gimnasio y estanque de natación artificial con playa de arena.

Great location, but the property needs attentionThe location was definitely a highlight, very convenient and enjoyable. The kitchen was a plus as well; it was adequately stocked and made cooking easy. However, the overall condition of the home left a lot to be desired. It looked tired and in need of a deep clean. The couch, pillows, and rugs are worn out and should really be replaced. For the price we paid, we expected a higher level of cleanliness and comfort. With a bit of upkeep and updating, this place could be a much better value.

Peaceful View, but Not the Quietest Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved that the river was right in our backyard — such a peaceful and beautiful setting! Unfortunately, being on the bottom floor came with a lot of noise from the unit above us. We could constantly hear people walking, and it was very loud at times. The beds were also quite hard, and there weren’t many blankets to keep warm. It would have been a great place if not for the noise and comfort issues.

Great condo and location was perfect!

The condo was very clean and was exactly like the pictures and description on the website. The management was extremely helpful and available to assist at anytime. The location was perfect and a quick drive to everything the area has to offer! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

There was a water leak under from the stand pipe under the sink in one the bathroom between 2 of the bedrooms that ruined the extra paper paper goods. We just made a quick trip to the store to buy paper towels and toilet paper. The last day we noticed a wet spot on the ceiling over the kitchen sink. And a leak on the ceiling in the shower of the master bedroom that caused the plaster to peel. Looking forward to future stays. 8

Laconia Bike Week

Great location….45 mins to Laconia via back roads and a quick 25 min on the highway to get back home at night. Vary clean & quiet. Perfect location to travel in any direction.

Deer Park with our Border Collie - PEFECT

We rented a Deer Park unit with air conditioning and that allows a dog. These are the most important things to us. We hike and climb with our Border Collie "Blue" and wouldn't leave home without her. We have stayed in another unit multiple years in the past but the owner said no to our dog; so we found this very nice unit.

Bike Race at Monteau

Travel to the area for a bike race. Thought we were renting from an owner but dealt with resort instead?? Never received travel directions, entry access codes, etc. When I called the reservations number I got an answering service. I also sent an email that I still have not received any response from 5 days later. Unit was ok but not very clean. For instance all the cookware had to be cleaned before use. I called for maintenance at 10 am, they finally showed up at 5 pm after I had already fixed the problem myself. Definitely won’t be going back.

Used, abused and dirty

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were not satisfied with our stay. This unit is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. It’s clear no one is inspecting this unit and the cleaning team should be replaced immediately. The basic standards of everything in good working order and pristinely clean did not find its way into this unit. Safety and security, we found the slider door and dining room window unlocked at checkin then noticed a code violation with a ceiling fan in the dining room that obstructs the fire suppression system sprinkler. Also, we got locked out and called for a key assist. Kudos for the quick response but you failed with not identifying who I was before letting me. Also, my brother came to visit and he found it impossible to sleep. After he left we found widespread mold growth on the walls in both guest room closets. Other stand out issues, the fire place was not cleaned out and screen inoperable. Back porch covered in cobwebs and all surfaces dirty. Bathroom sink drains slow, excessive garbage under a sink, old pots/pans don’t work on glass top stove so forget cooking, both coffee makers are disgusting and unusable, broken TP holder master bath, we replaced the moldy shower curtain in the master, purchased pans to cook, cleaned the floors the best we could, soda cans under entryway cabinet and we left those, the dirty edges and corners of the floors and baseboards speaks volumes. Management must learn the first lesson with managing property which is inspect what you expect. Otherwise they are just an accounting office pushing paper. They have all of the pleasantries down, just can’t deliver the product. We love Lincoln, the people and area and we will be back in the future. We will not do business with Loon Res again. BTW, we left two days early.

Perfect location for grandkids and our Border Collie

It had everything we needed: it was the perfect size, clean, and in good condition. The kids loved playing with our Border Collie in the large backyard and in the stream behind the unit. Having three Mini-split AC units was great for controlling the summer temperature. It was a little pricy compared to other Deer Park units we have rented, but few allow for our Border Collie, who is like a well-behaved child. We were very satisfied with the accommodations. We'll be ack next year.

Perfect Labor Day weekend retreat

It was close to all the amenities if downtown Lincoln while still being quiet and private. The apartment was clean, well decorated, comfortable and had all the kitchen supplies to be able to make meals. We had a great time (the summer weather helped!) and will be back for sure.
