Situado en el primer piso de tres dormitorios condominio esta orilla del río ofrece excelentes vistas y un fácil acceso al río Pemigewasset. La amplia sala de estar, comedor y cocina ocupa la parte central de este condominio. A un lado de la sala de estar es el dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio, televisión y baño privado. Por otro lado están dos dormitorios (uno con una cama matrimonial y el otro con un conjunto de literas y una cama doble), así como un cuarto de baño completo.

Durante la temporada de verano, asegúrese de tomar un baño en el tiempo casi por agujero de la natación río vieja moda o pasar a una de las dos piscinas al aire libre. Las canchas de tenis están también disponibles durante los meses de verano.

Las piscinas y los tribunales pueden no estar disponibles por períodos cortos debido a mantenimiento mecánico o físico. La admisión puede ser negado por falta de adherencia a las reglas de la piscina / corte.

Perfect for another stay in Lincoln!

Absolutely perfect for our return trip to Lincoln and Mt. Washington. Every picture was accurate. Very spacious and very clean. Received a phone call upon reserving, followed by an email the day of arrival. Highly recommended!

Place was very quaint, immaculate, view out sliding glass doors was the river just steps away. Swimming hole short walk away kids loved it. Convenient to everything. Everything was great. The only little drawback was the week we stayed humidity was incredibly high and cottage does not have a/c but did provide fans. Despite difficult sleeping would still highly recommend !
