Come see why this 3rd Floor Parking Level Phoenix Gulf Towers condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor West corner with parking just steps from your front door!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 86” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 70" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, two Queens in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70.00 (subject to change) per vehicle for a 1-31 night stay, additional $70 for a 31+ day stay. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Towers guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Family vacation

Parking garage provided very easy access to the condo. Access to the beach was great as well. Property was spotless! Only thing was maybe the furniture could use a good cleaning. We cooked a lot and were lacking pot holders and large bowls. Not a deal breaker by any means. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lazy river and water slide was perfect when the kids tired of the sand and the waves were too big to feel comfortable getting in the water. Condo was spacious for our large family. TVs/ internet worked perfectly. The whole property was very clean with is a huge plus for us! We will definitely put this one on our return list!

We have only positive things to say about this property - it was immaculate. The children loved the splash pad and the slide and the adults loved the lazy river! The staff was very professional especially Anna when we were checking in!! We look forward to staying here again next year with our families! Thank you so much for great memories!

The Best on the Beach!

It's an annual thing to take our families to the beach for a little R & R. We have leased places before through VRBO, but this place was outstanding - it far exceeded our expectations! The furnishings were well appointed, and the living area was very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and then some! We have only positive things to say about this property - it was immaculate. We look forward to staying here again this month!

Beautiful

I loved that the extra rooms had 2 queen beds in each one. We had a group and we didnt want anyone to have to sleep on a bunk bed. The room was huge and we could hang out and visit comfortably when we weren't out on the beach or at the pool.

Perfect vacation spot

We loved every part of our stay at Phoenix I! The unit had everything that we needed - plenty of towels, blankets, washer and dryer, and fully-outfitted kitchen made meals at the condo a breeze. The views were amazing, and we spent lots of time reading on the balcony and enjoying the scenery. The beach was clean and easy to access. Our kids loved the lazy river pool, waterslide, and the indoor pool. The gym has a great view of the beach, and dophin-watching makes time on the treadmill go by in a flash! The parking garage has tall ceilings, which is very nice if you have a luggage rack on the roof of your vehicle, and having parking on our units level was incredibly handy. They even have shopping carts to help you transport luggage to your unit! 10 out of 10 - we will definitely plan to stay here again!

We loved the fact that we came in from the parking deck right to our floor & didn't have to wait on an elevator. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. This was not a big deal for us, but the towels were small so if you are a bigger person if could be an issue. I would suggest more mixing bowls for the kitchen & another decent size frying pan. Our overall experience was great & I would recommend this place.

Beautiful condo! Enjoyed our stay!

There were 9 of us, including 2 toddlers, staying in this beautiful condo. This condo had so much space! We never felt crowded. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. The common area had plenty of space for our beach chairs, wagon, toys, umbrellas and beach bags without being in anyone’s way. There was plenty of space for the kids to spread out all of their toys. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything needed for cooking. We cooked dinner there every night.The building itself is beautiful. Very clean with lots of pools and a hot tub. Everyone loved the lazy river. The beach is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo with amazing view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at several condos and this was by far the best we have stayed in. The building and the room were in new condition, the on suite washer dryer was a huge success, the beds were absolutely amazing, the pools were a bit hit with the kids and not deep enough to worry, the beaches were clean and easily accessible. The only single downside we could think of was parking - just hard to get in and out of the spaces with a full size vehicle. The owner provided us exceptional service as well and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, we would definitely give this a 10/10 and look forward to a return in the future!

We had a couple little things pop up (missing a dryer, iron and issue with logging in to TV). I only mention them not because they were a problem but to say the company managing the unit was very responsive and handled it quickly. Would recommend renting through Phoenix Rentals and definitely loved this unit!

(Ended up being our error). The pool was great, the beach is so close , the view is great as welll. The condo was clean, parking was easy . The only thing and this is not a complaint just a heads up there was no hair dryer , we had to go buy one so pack your hair dryer . Other than that it was perfect . I will be staying here again .

Very quiet, never heard a neighbor or even the construction next door. It's brand new so the kitchen could use a few more item like big bowls and a large skillet. Memory foam mattresses, some loved some not as much but that is just personal preference.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 301 was incredibly spacious, clean, and beautiful! The view of the beach is always the pinnacle of relaxation. Sitting on the beach is just what anyone needs to unwind and forget their worries. The pool and lazy river add another level of de-stressing. The kitchen needs a few tools added to it to make this the perfect escape! Measuring cups, measuring spoons, larger frying pans, mixing bowls, and maybe another cooking sheet would round out the amenities.

Family Gatherings Are Tough

Family gatherings can be rough, but even more so if you do not have a lot of space. This condo did not disappoint! Highly recommend for gatherings of over 8 people to 12.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience with our family. Beautiful condo with plenty space. The living, dining, and Kitchen area gave for a lot of counter space to store all our food and drinks. The living area was so nice and open to enjoy everyone’s company especially since we had 11 adults. The only three things i would suggest would be More seating on Balcony, more kitchen options - bowls, etc since we cook often and better carts to bring your items from the car to your condo. The grocery carts make it harder than it needs to be. Lastly i was very upset on the rules of the slide at the pool. Saying kids have to be 4ft with no floaters. The slide is a kiddie slide to begin with. As long as an adult is catching them and they have floaties on then that should be safe - it was everyday but one. Makes no sense at all.

The whole family enjoyed the pool, slide, lazy river and direct access to the beach. It looks just like the pictures, nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. Michael was very helpful with the rental, as was the staff on location. The condo is close to shopping and restaurants. The same level covered parking was great!

Premium pricing

Nice, new, as expected. Not expected for the price paid was the wrongly sized sheets for beds (too small) very frustrating to sleep in a bed with a size too small fitted an flat sheet. This was on multiple beds. Cheap towels and kitchen cook ware. Yes. It’s a rental, last time I saw this level of linens and towels was in the early childhood motel days. Beds upgraded to foam and large tvs in each room. Personally the ultra firm foam wasn’t for us. Dinning table light was out for our stay. Some maintenance crew show prior to checking out to fix. Also we had to deal with some water leak that was ultimately not attributed to our room, but interrupted our rental. We were asked not to use one of our showers 1/3. With 12 people that is a bummer. All in all, it’s a nice place but at the price we paid per night we will not likely return. Kids did enjoy the lazy River and slide. Well maintained pool with excellent water quality. Plenty of staff to keep Place looking nice. Warning slide seams are not flush - you will feel it going down.)
