A quiet street and a seven minute walk to the beach make this house a great refuge after a day of fun in the sun with a cool, shady spot to relax with family and friends. The property was amazing! It had exactly the space and amenities we needed to have a Celebration of Life for my Grandfather and a 9th Birthday for my son. We had a minor issue at arrival and the hosts Tammy and Twyla were more than amazing! Quick response, Quick Fix. We will stay here again, it was perfect for our family and so close to the beach.

Beautiful home!

Everything about our stay was great with no hiccups. Tammy’s communication was extremely accurate and to the point. Absolutely loved our stay and felt very safe in the home and within the neighborhood. Would stay again.

Wonderful place!

The house was spacious and airy, as well as clean with modern furnishings. We loved that the bed linens were 100% cotton - if you know, you know - it just makes a big difference to us picky people! The beach is a short walk away and there are wagons to haul all your chairs, towels, etc. It was all so very pleasant! We highly recommend this lovely home.

Lovely and Comfortable Home

Sea Trees House was the perfect place for our family to stay during our vacation. There was plenty of room for all of us. The home was very clean and well stocked. Our host was great with communication, very responsive, and kept us informed throughout our trip. The walk to the beach access took less than 10 minutes. We would highly recommend Sea Trees House!

Wonderful stay at Sea Trees House!

Lovely well-kept and clean home within walking distance to beach.We brought our dog and it is such a dog- friendly home and area. Wonderful kitchen with all the essentials! The front porch was a favorite with the family and our dog! There is a baby gate to make it safe for kids or dogs. We used one of the bikes for back and forth rides to the beach. We also rented a golf cart and that was great fun! Tammy is a wonderful host and also responded very quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend this home and Oak Island!

Great getaway to OKI

Great getaway to Oak Island. The house setup was perfect for our family of five. It was great to be able to put the kids to bed upstairs each night and have a quiet downstairs after a long day at the beach. It was easy to load up the beach cart and beach stuff so graciously provided by the property owner and walk the short distance to the beach each morning. The property is close enough to get to the beach quickly but far enough away to not have to deal with the business and traffic that comes with being on the front couple rows. Would definitely stay at this property again whenever we stay in Oak Island again.

Upscale and peaceful

We were impressed with this beautiful spacious home. It appears to have been recently remodeled. Both baths have walk-in showers. It has new appliances and cookware. There is plenty of space. It is well furnished with no clutter. There is a huge porch with a swing, a screened in porch, and also a large fenced in living area out back. I easily walked to the beach in less than 10 minutes. There are bicycles (yay!) and chairs and even beach carts in a storage area. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Loved it.

Oak Island Rental

First off, I want to say, “thank you, Tammy” for opening up your home as a rental property for others to enjoy and create memories in beautiful Oak Island. The house was very child(ren) and pet friendly. As a parent and fur mom this is always so important when finding places to stay. My son’s favorite spot was the reading nook! As a host she was easy to reach and very quick to respond. Anytime you travel you’re bound to forget something. It was thoughtful of her to have a jar with little items like toothpaste, razors, floss, body wash and etc. if you did forget to pack an essential. This little gesture set her apart in the best way for me. We would happily return again in the future.

Cleanliness was impeccable, very well stocked with everything needed, so close to the beach, quiet neighborhood. Tammy, the contact, was very hands on and answered every question and took care of any issue in a timely manner. Made herself very accessible for all communication. Will be back for sure!
